Awesome list!

Is one of these perhaps meant to be a different Rev-ErbA agonist? (SR9009 = Stenabolic)

Im just wondering…Why no purely aesthetic field?

Extreme Growth factor targeted to muscle tissue, along with energy from muscle recovery and a few other tweaks.

It should be possible, I mean these fields help with actually working out and stuff,

But what about lazy magicians who want it purely for aesthetic purposes?

Hormonal fields have a downside of turning you into an ape.

You cant have high test and be at a spiritual vibration for example.

A pure mutation that doesnt involve hormones or working out would be dope.

And no, myostatin doesnt work if theres no growth stimulation

Naw, was just dead tired when organizing list…

Yesterday’s run wasn’t too good, mainly cause of some pain at my hips and feet (small blister). Should’ve listened to recovery (good playlist for this?)

Anyways listened to these (30ish mins before workout):

Superhuman mutant (first)
Cardarine 2x
LGD 2X
Skeptic 2x
Pranic 2x
Hand of glory 1x
Unstoppable will 3x
Gregorian chant (throughout the run/workout) thanks to @IAmJonathan

The first 2 miles went GREAT tho; if I would’ve kept the pace, I would’ve broken another PR.

I should mention, I haven’t been hungry like AT ALL, especially after my 8-mile run. Lol IDK about others, but I’m not trying to lose weight :sob::sob: , and if I don’t eat, that’s the path that’s looking brightest. :upside_down_face::upside_down_face::upside_down_face:

Aw man that’s epic! I can just imagine how glorious it must’ve been running to Gregorian chants,

Like running to battle!

Tell me about it, bro, I was on pace to beat my pr by ~3 mins. Shit like I’m no athlete, nor I have been training but when it comes to running, beating your pr by seconds is A LOT. the fact I was MINS is still beyond me.

All while my gluteus medium & knee && ankle (idk how I got so much going on with my body right now lol) was feeling shocked/low level 2 pain.

And it’s only gonna get better and better… it’s PR season brotha!!

I find with running more than anything else I do, I have to watch recovery. It’s strong medicine. I reckon after some rest and sticking with this (legendary) field, the PRs will start adding up.

Also I do lots of joint recovery, muscle recovery and fat to stem cells after running

That’s right! Thinking of going back to the gym after transitioning to the new job (the one I’m still manifesting, but haven’t even applied for yet :sob::sob:)

When you run your playlist what do you do? Basic stretching? Play the audios on loop over night?

With the recovery ones I go off intuition. I tend to hit the fat loss ones pretty hard during cardio.

My overnight playlist is the deep spiritual ones

So I take you spend maybe an hour with your recovery playlist? Listed above, correct?

That sounds about right bro. That’s after I’ve done test/hgh/extreme muscle building. I always do those 3 first to get the ball rolling. Cold showers after running is important too, probably the most important… but man, I find it hard.

Definitely open to a “dissolve blocks to cold exposure” field!:wink: lol

Haha I LOVE cold shower, or should I say used to. I did them in the cold only. I would say shower and after you’re done stay in for a little and start “shadow boxing” as you turn the water colder and colder. I notice that I compensate for the cold water if I start boxing (lol I don’t box but just get some movement ins) after some time I would say you can just stand without moving for 5 mins under super FREEZING cold water. The moment you come out you’ll see how warm the air is (even if it’s 40° outside).

Don’t out your head under extreme weather conditions for too long tho, only your body.
