Hey all, I just got out of a Vicious OCD/health Anxiety Cycle of couple of months, been practicing Meditation/the art of letting go along with Project Mental Health NFT.
The Stress/OCD has taken a toll on my skin,breakouts over the body which eventually went away but had a large Cystic Acne on the chest, had been to Doc and he said it’s Acne, which eventually shrank in the following days and now it’s turned into a little bumpy scar. I got hold of myself and prevented Overthinking but it’s annoying. Any Suggestions guys on what fields to stack up? Please Advise @SammyG if you see this!
