okay! the problem wuht hyper sleep is that I use it but i dont sleep any less. I read a blog that said in order or fields to work you have to use them daily. Does that apply to hyper state sleep? do i need to use it more in order for morphic field to take full effect?
Yes you do!! For some, you may get a boost in mood, but I am confident that this will cause a change in you, eventually, to where you may not need it/may not need it as much, such as Serotonin.
How many times are you listening to HSS? Are you doing it when you wake up? The field says it creates a temporary change, not a permanent one… I wonder if you should try sleeping with it overnight? I know the field description says to use when you wake up, but it also says to experiment with it works for you.
You could also try adding some affirmations, like, “By day and by night, my subconscious fully accepts, engages, and assimilates this audio.” You can make variations of that, doesn’t have to be those exact words.
i listen to it 4 times in the morning. with both headphones and speakers. I am also a teenager, does that play a role?
I also use deep revitalizng sleep before going to bed, does that play a role?
I feel the same way as you. I think you are right. So many theories out there, but I think this one makes sense as a lot of people feel the same.
I think we just figured it out!! Melatonin is a hormone that ensures you get a fuuuuull night’s sleep cut that one out. And no, you being a teenager has nothing to do with it. But also set your phone to change the display settings for sleep at sunset.
Also, what do you mean by endurance? You could maybe try some of the workout videos, like Automated Workout System
Thanks you so much!! I was listening to deep sleep audio everyday before bed! Also by endurance I mean how much can I keep on going without feeling tired. running would be an example of this. If i have more endurance, I will be able to run for a longer time/cover more distance. Thank you so much though!!!

If you’re looking for more endurance and energy for running, you could try combining Photosynthesis with The Super Human Mutant. I find that Photosynthesis gives me much more endurance and energy than Super Human Mutant. It’s more immediately noticeable to me as well, and the two work well together synergistically.
Melatonin can most certainly make you sleep for a longer period of time! Especially if five listens stimulates several times the natural production needed for sleep in you, as the description says one or two listens should produce enough melatonin to make you sleep. Excess melatonin can make a person sleep a very long time!

Hello @Nena, great question! I don’t know for certain but it may increase your subconscious mind’s engagement with the fields, at least in some ways, as alcohol may increase subconscious perceptions and subconscious memory formation.

I don’t think alcohol improves the efficiency of the fields. If at all it makes you more susceptible to negative energies from thought forms.
Hi @Sims, there is no specific limit given by Sapien. It should be perfectly fine to listen 5 times per day if you aren’t experiencing any problems with doing so.
