Lucid Dreams 2.0

Nice! Thanks!

Have fun tonight! And don’t wake yourself up when you are aware that you are in a dream. When you wake up, stay calm and go back into your dream.

Go lucid and control your reality! :boom:

Ok…

Convince me people… outside of them being fun what are the real benefits of lucid dreams?

Can you make them productive?

Or is it just another form of sensual indulgence?

Which is fine, no judgement if they are, but if thats the case ill give this one a miss

It’s a lot more than just “indulgence”

Matter of fact one article I read recently was a method of improving manifestations, and that method was lucid dreaming, someone mentioned it above in this thread too actually

Imagine living in your envisioned reality without actually being there, now the active work (using solidifier, cop, woven worlds contentment,) will bring you there exactly how you envisioned in your mind, plus you know exactly how you want it because you already “lived it” (in lucidity)

Just a basic run down I see lucid dreaming as, a powerful tool for sure to benefit your life

I would explore reality and the cosmos, if even possible

I am about to go to sleep soon so I’ll be playing this :crossed_fingers:

Nap done, very vivid dreams, I can recall all of them, but I’m not yet in control, slow and steady I’ll get the control.

It was a longish nap, and I was very tired being sleepless for around 40 hours, the nap was 90 minutes, but yes, it gave me great nitidity after the first x2 play

I’ll sleep at night, the full 7.5 hours cycle.
That sleepless run was necessary, but I’m not planning to repeat it anytime soon

Same.

Im off this week so i woke up around 5am saw this, played it only twice and fell asleep right away which is very unusual, once i wake up even in the middle of the night it takes a good effort to fall asleep again.

And very very vivid. I was just a while ago saying woah that was a vivid dream when i remembered this lol

Aren’t dreams a form of entering your subconscious?
From there you certainly could build some structures and manipulate certain belief systems, inner (outer) realities etc.

remember guys to clear your mind before entering the dream state for better recall the next morning. if you want to continue doing this write your dreams down. that also helps alot.
