I share my point of view and my thoughts with you hoping I haven’t already done that lol

I use this field very little as well as others for hair (hairloss v3). On the other hand, the one I use as a precaution is Dutasteride Scalp to remove the dht that may be present.

When I have sufficiently improved the health of my kidneys, intestines, lymphatic, nervous and blood systems, I will listen to this one Luscious Tresse, Hairloss v3 and the others.

My body will be sufficiently cleansed, healed and full of vitality for the fields to work effectively and give results quickly.

In the meantime, I try to eat as healthily as possible and I give my body the elements it needs with food supplements.

So to summarize it is to repair and improve the health of my body on different aspects then after working with the energy fields for the hair daily.

Hair loss will be present but the new growth will be done very quickly because the body will be reactive and will function without hindrance. Very good blood circulation, lymphatic and good oxygenation :ok_hand:

It’s about buzz cut time :angry:

People notice and some think I might be ill because of the shedding. What hair I have is still very healthy looking and shiny. Vanity hasn’t been an option for a good decade now because of the weight, the aftermath of the weight and the hair so I’m dealing well enough but… being, ahem, unfortunate looking is a test of character for sure.

I’m still committed to the process and will push through. Whatever has been set in motion has gone too far now. I’ll see everyone on the other side of this.

I didn’t plan to share any review again but it can help some, maybe it’s not as obvious for everyone. The worst mistake was to supplement myself with multivitamins, there is nothing more I can do about hair loss and my hair was actually growing so much from this NFT and other fields…

Until I started multivitamins again. I checked with photos to compare while on and off and yes, it’s confirmed, I have always a receced hairline while taking them. :slight_smile:

I checked the multivitamin composition again and there are zinc, iron AND cooper in a too much quantity each (first issue), but even if it was assimilated… They literally cancel each other (second issue), they are antagonist minerals and they fight in the organism, so when one is assimilated the other one that is not, too much or too few iron on its own can also lead to hair loss (third issue).

Cooper is extremely important for iron, skin and hair health, it allows iron to be assimilated, zinc is easy to find in food, red/white meat, egg, sea food consider adjusting your consumption of red meat especially for healthy level of zinc… Cooper can be found in almond or pistachio for exemple. For iron, it’s actually easy to overconsume it, be careful, hopefully most of the time it’s temporary and come back to normal after stopping the overconsumption or deficiency.

I personnaly know people that ended with anemia leading to hair loss because of zinc (it’s more than just hair in reality), they were negative on ferritine lol, iron keeps poisonning you until permanant damage is done if not responsive enough as a consequence of chronic zinc’s overconsumption.

As a consequence iron is not assimilated properly since cooper allows iron to flow through the blood and have an actual utility for cells, cooper is reponsible for the formation of red blood cells and iron’s absorption, without cooper operating properly iron is just poisonous and accumulate in the body. This triggers telogen effluvium and worse other issues not related to hair too.

I would recommend to eventually supplement only for magnesium as it’s complicated to find in food or only if a doctor tells you to supplement especially for something, for biotin it’s rare to be in a deficit honestly.

A lot of people choose to supplement on multivitamin, iron, biotin and zinc especially for maintainance but most of the time it’s not necessary and dangerous.

I plan a blood test soon to be sure about my zinc and iron levels but shedding always matches periods I take multivitamins weirdly.

Sorry I have a massive brain frog because of brain fields (abusive use of them but the grind will never stop) it’s hard to write properly, it took me a lot of time to do type previous message and there are a lot of mistakes. Off course, I added Mstate Rhodium and Copper field, went shopping to buy black chocolate with at least 70% of cacao and cashew nuts for copper it should be enough with other daily foods, remembering that I used to eat a lof ot them, whole packages a day and my hair and skin were the best ever, dunno why I stopped.

I also stopped shaving blank with razors and came back to trimmers since december because of keratosis pilaris… My skin is way better and actually healing as it’s not chronically traumatized anymore. Shampoing less while only using solid natural soaps now, my scalp is not dry anymore after shower and there is no dandruff.

I will never go back to liquid soap ever again… Even the most ā€œgentleā€ and ā€œnaturalā€ available was drying the fuck out of me, worked more actively with Sandman ability to stop my bad sleep pattern and it’s day and night, I didn’t wake up early with such energy for a decade…

It goes even beyond hair, there is a pattern in everything and most of the time we have the power to prevent bad things from occuring but we choose to either ignore alarming signals or we don’t back up quick enough because of ego and cockiness, ā€œI can fix him/her/thatā€, ā€œI can change the outcomeā€, ā€œit’ll never happenā€, until the worst happens.

What seems to be a ā€œnot too harmless habitā€ can change a whole life, I thought my body would be always as healthy and strong no matter how it was treatred but consistency is efficient in chaos too and I was consistent in harming my body and mind.

I absolutely believe adequate habits, good mental hygiene and fields working together can solve anything when we learn to identify patterns in everything, and sleeping better,(self) love, abundance and luck stack has tremendously changed my life recently, my perception has mature a lot those last days.

My life and opinions has been completely changed, I no longer have shame to be the person nor to be who I am or thinking not deserving any good things or luck, everything seems nice and I feel so free and euphoric. I’m so confident in myself and the future out of nowhere.

I was in class earlier and I started to look at the wall with attention, thinking that colors are more beautiful than usual.

I don’t know who to talk about those things, it’s not a scoling toward anyone in particular, no one is perfect anyway but I needed to share that experience with (self) love stack as it’s maybe the only place possible to do it, it’s as if I just woke up from a bad dream while being a spectator of my own life, as it wasn’t me all this time, that’s a weird sensation.

Thank you for sharing your insight! This helps me a lot! Will be stopping my 50mg daily zinc :sweat_smile: I eat enough meat anyway, and maybe since I eat enough meat I don’t need my multivitamin either. Will consider adding cashews!

That seems a LOT even for people with zinc’s deficiency, it’s like a horse dose of zinc not even pregnant women are on that hahaha.

Chronic vitamins intake for months will take time until levels stabilize again in pair with a healthy alimentation but it’s been 2 days for me and I already feel better, my stomach and piss color can attest it.

If you consider taking copper supplement to refill the stock more actively 1.5mg a day is more than enough, maybe 2mg, it’s considered one of the safest to supplement since it can’t exhaust zinc’s stock and you don’t need to compensate anything else for it to operate normally.

We have so few of it anyway and it’s still rare to be in a dangerous range (both extremes) as there is a little copper in nearly everything and to overdose from it you may need to eat like 4kg of cashew nuts per day, no one does it…

The only thing is to NEVER take copper and zinc at the same time if you really need supplement on both somehow.

I’m no doctor off course and everyone is free to do what they want, good luck !

I’m so excited it was not expected but there is new hair around eyelash and eyebrow, also tiny/longer transparent/black hair in the scalp where there was just none before, even on scars which I thought no hair would ever grow there again, same for the back of my neck there is no HOLE anymore ! The hair is really soft, the texture is so different.

I HAVE NEVER SEEN HAIR growing again THIS LOW since teen era, I can see what looks like a hairline doing a come back and I swear there was nothing there three days ago,

While still eating healthy for cooper, I will still suppliment on it for 2mg a day or every two days maybe, as I highly suspect a lack of copper I will not wait for the blood test, it’s also good for grey hair since it has a role in melanin production.

it’s still really early but extremely promising, finally my efforts are rewarded, let’s see in 6 months. :smiling_face_with_tear:

(Off course the hair stack helps tremendously the process and it’s been years working on hair so maybe it was just the missing key and the deep work was already done)

For the blood test, they don’t want to work apparently in the hospital lol gonna wait to see my doctor, it has been almost 5 months of multivitamins before stopping and the dose was not even that high but enough to disturb my body as nothing was changed in my life except that, the last week symptoms started to be really concerning but following the stop of this multivitamin 4 days ago :

  • No muscle stiffeness
  • No more joint pain
  • No blurry vision
  • No diarrhea anymore and I can poop every two days with no issue instead of one to THREE times per day
  • Peaceful digestion (rare farts now)
  • Don’t have to pee 70 times a day anymore too that’s convenient :)
  • Wounds heal faster
  • No tiredness even after sleeping + no brain frog at all now
  • No difficulty waking up the morning at all, jumping literally from bed
  • Better skin tone
  • Serious hair growth + pigmentation
  • Healthier nails/lips
  • Blood flow way BETTER

The copper supplement comes today. I stop spamming now and will update in weeks or months, eventually.

Sometimes less can be more, fasting for a few days to get the body in a state of ketosis is really good, cleans out toxins and such. I think letting the body re-calibrate on its own from time to time is something that can help a lot. I recommend watching Limitless episode 3 for more details on fasting.

You have to be careful with multivitamins. Depending on the needs of the body, there are vitamins that are used and others that will be evacuated because it will not need them. If there is an excess, it risks tiring the kidneys as well as the liver.

For some supplements, it is better to take them alone.

Also pay attention to synthetic vitamins that are of lower quality as well as the ingredients in the composition of the food supplement that can also cause side effects that can manifest themselves over time.

Personally what I use as a dietary supplement for hair as well as for general health:

  • Iron bisglycinate in capsules (very well assimilated by the body)
  • Copper produced by a pure copper container (ease and quantity of production)
  • zinc in tablets
  • magnesium bisglycinate in powder and capsules (very well assimilated by the body)
  • revivable brewer’s yeast (nourishes hair, skin and nails)

The egg is super interesting for general health and very beneficial for hair health :ok_hand:

As I said in a previous message I would have more results on the health of my hair when I have resolved health imbalances, that is to say cancer (confirmed by symptoms after listening to the dedicated fields) and viral infection (not yet 100% confirmed).

I listen to the audio for 25 minutes twice a day or so.

Depending on the blood test result, I was actually wondering about an iron supplement too and the ā€œIron bisglycinateā€ looked better than the rest, no wonder why then.

There are still people that thinks yellow egg is bad because of cholesterol but yellow egg is so nutritive ! For bodybuilding for exemple in important quantity eggs can have similar effect with steroids that’s crazy.

I have Three purifiers in my stack for months now and a lot of bumps in my scalp disappeared.

I only consume fields throught the dimensionnal pocket now, for Luscious Tresses, it’s automated 24h/24 - 7/7, all the time, the extreme way but I don’t feel overwhelmed and added more time gradually, like 8 minutes, then 12, 20, 40, 120, 240 etc each week.

There are still some fields I would never automate more than the recommended number of time.

Always look at the ingredients of the composition of food supplements very important. Even the composition of the capsule shell is important. Do not be fooled by the packaging and marketing lol

Some iron supplements contain titanium dioxide which is very bad for health according to some studies.

Also be careful with copper consumption and not to be in excess (like everything) because it can be toxic. It could disrupt the zinc level because the two are in some way in competition from what I understand.

that is to say ? the audio or the mandala broadcast from the dimensional pocket with your servitor ?

For a few days I stopped broadcasting fields from the dimensional pockets. I let Lion Zen managed automatically and freely (for a while) which is good for me with its acquired abilities (Health Stat, Magic Stat and Gluttony mainly).

Yes both can deplete the other one from what I saw too but it’s way harder to be in excess of copper because of modern alimentation and the tiny proportion of copper in food generally.

I did not work with mandalas for a year at least and only ask audios to be registered in the dimensionnal pocket, I only have Sandman and 2 dimensionnal pockets, would have been nice to have a third one honestly.

This is the second time I’ve seen a mirror hour appear after noticing an improvement in the density of my hair (I cut my hair very short) when I looked at myself in the mirror. A few minutes ago I have 8:08.

I was doing my hair and I noticed that my hair was thicker. Then when I left I said to myself that I’m going to put Luscious Tress back on, I take my little phone and I see 8:08 :slightly_smiling_face: .

A few days ago I was losing my hair and I didn’t know the exact cause (several possible causes I observed). Right now I’m actively working on cancer and healing the liver (viral infection). I found a method to soften the side effects of tumor lysis which strongly impact my electrolyte balance and the health of my kidneys (currently it’s better).

With time and the improvement of my health I think the results will be more and more pronounced :relieved:
