When I listened to Point of no Return, I felt my chakras being stimulated, so this may be more potent or be complementary with PONR.

I would assume that it is upgrade to the old chakra audios both in terms of shorter length and more power. One question: Can we listen to all these audios in one single day? One run would be about 21 minutes only.
I have been listening to the old chakra series but was never able to listen to all in one day. I developed a headache whenever I tried to listen to all in one day. I then made a schedule of one chakra per month.

So what’s the difference between song of the core and solar plexus? Is the core one not affecting the chakra and instead working in a different energy center below the solar plexus?
