Hey so I’ve been using a short stack that has been very effective for me. I created it looking to become more masculine and I noticed a lot of attention from women so I thought I’d share it with you. I don’t use any other audios and I’ve used the stack for about three weeks . I’ve also been on semen retention for 2 weeks.

If the formula works for you, stick with it. Persist and don’t let others influence you to change your mind. I assume that all the fields you use are free.
However, if you plan to spend money in the future on fields, you can consider using manly man, which covers the first 4 fields you mentioned and, regarding facial symmetry, has a couple of paid options. But if you already have the desired results, it is better to continue on that path. What matters is that the objective you have set is met.

I have problems with my weight as well lol:)) but I’ve managed to consistently lose weight in the last couple of years. I went from 130 kg five years ago to about 100 kg right now, at the moment I’m struggling with the 10-15 kg i still need to lose.

I recently started with the maximum 2000kcal per day, plus 2h minimum of exercise and those things speed up the process too, although slightly (in my case)…
Yeah, sometimes we reach that point or Base/plateau, for some reason the body 8s waaay too clingy to that fat lol.
Just keep on going, experiment with different strategies and You’re gonna reach your ideal weight.
I’ve also done it before, like a decade ago, went from approx. 110kg, 108-109, to 67kg (I barely touched that, I was mostly at 70+) at my lowest lol…
But recently, i put on weight again, maybe due to some family trouble…
But still, can’t blame anyone.
I ate the food lol.
Now I need to reach for a better body/physique again…

I just thought it made no sense. One can lose weight on a vegan diet, for sure. But there is no need to stop eating meat for losing weight. It isn’t making you fat.

hello, i’ve always had the opposite problem, i was never able to put weight on and was always underweight, 47 - 50 kg for 1,70 m (5 f 7 in) (i’m a woman).
Until some years ago, when i’ve heard a doctor on the internet, that said that, in order to put weight on, one has to eat 3000 kilocalories a day, or above.
So I started to eat highly caloric foods, with lots of oil etc, (i didn’t calculate calories) and, shockingly, for the first time, i started to put one kilogram a week, every week, and in just a few months i went to be 58 kilograms, and felt very well at that weight. After that, i didn’t pay attention to eating so much, and in time my weight went to 48 again (because of the change in the number of the calories intake).
What I’ve noticed is that when i was making a pot of soup in a certain week, i wasn’t putting on the kilogram in that week, at all. That is because the highly caloric food was replaced, in volume, with almost the same quantity of water.
So, if i would want to lose weight, i would have a low caloric diet, not 2000, but 1500 or less, which is really enough if one doesn’t do hard physical work. And replacing 1-2 meals a day with soups would be a great way of achieving weight loss.
When i say “soup” i don’t mean the enveloped powders with three pieces of noodles, that are sold as soups, but home cooked soups, with onion, potatoes, tomatoes etc etc or whatever other vegetable (red and green cabbage, zucchini, orange pumpkin, carrots, cauliflower, celery root and leaves, parsley, lovage etc etc). All these vegetables give the vitamins and minerals needed, and if you’re not a vegetarian, you can also use meat in the soup.
Making a soup is the simplest thing, cause you just cut and boil them in water and it doesn’t need to be daily if you keep the pot in the fridge.
You can make it spicy to keep up the joy and enthusiasm, with black pepper / green or red pickled peppers / ginger, lots of onion and garlic, salt, sour liquids (plain vinegar / pickles juice / fermented grains - borscht if you can find / sauerkraut liquid / even sour yoghurt etc) , tomato juice etc. There are so many experiments to be made and so many tastes to obtain and try.
And also, if one craves a highly caloric thing as a cake, he can just taste it, take 1-2 bites and enjoy the taste, even prolonge the tasting time, there is no need to eat more of it, and there even is no need to swallow what was tasted.
