Not really (quite a lot of food allergies, so I can’t afford to be picky, unfortunately), only that I try to not get over 2000kcal, sometimes I consume more, sometimes less, rarely even up to 1500kcal.
Also, TY for the suggested stack.
My only fear is that other fatloss fields won’t be as efficient, if I use Fat Burning Genetic Advantage, since that field changes how fat cells are operating, and they will become more like brown cells or something; I fear that the other fieies will not recognize fat properly (?)…
Maybe it’s an irrational fear.

I kinda suck when it comes to cooking, but I will have to try the soup method.
a big bowl of soup as a meal, 1 - 2 times a day, a few days a week. If it’s cooked by you, you’ll find it more tasteful and you can experiment with ingredients and proportions. Salt can be moderate and can use more spices or sour things instead, for taste.
You don’t have to worry about this since it says it changes your white fat to beige and brown fat. Beige is both like thermogenic (brown) fat and white fat, and so enhanced fat metabolism will be effective because beige fat will be recognized by the body for energy.
The benefit of this combination is, the three states of fat, brown, beige and white, are all targeted. Your white and beige fat (enhanced fat metabolism) turns into brown fat which is then burned for heat and your brown and beige fat (fat burning genetic advantage and the thermogenesis field) is targeted for energy.
