• That’s generally fine. Not going to go into specifics as to how the protection works but it does a good job of weeding out people who get it illegally.
• We can’t add that they are protected on teesrping descriptions. And in gumroad, the ones that have it in the description are protected. And then protection is random throughout the gumroad audios. Some have it, some don’t. Just forgot to mention or preffered not to in some of the gumroad audios that don’t mention it.

Yes. When it’s legitimately* gifted to you (as this was), the field becomes yours. The field protection is based off of who is the rightful owner. As the rightful owner (and assuming your field has “normal” field protection, not Order by 3), you can share it with your immediate family.

*I say “legitimately” because, in the past, people have said “gifted” when they really mean “pirated”, “copied” or “overly shared.” I know you’re not using “gifted” in that way.

Ownership

1. NFTs may only be traded/sold/bought if it is officially owned by you / the person

• Officially = You / they bought / traded for it themselves legitimately and the NFT is in your / their own wallet
• The fields ownership is linked, with protection, to the owner’s NFToken with its address, in their own wallet, to the owner’s subconscious mind. This is the reality of how the fielded NFTs work to protect the creator(s) and keep it fair for supporters.
  • You can help close relatives, friend(s), family, kids, who may be new, by doing the following:
    • Make a wallet under their name(s) for them to have ownership of the wallet.
    • Transfer the NFT(s) to their wallet. They will have full field effects without worry.
  • Exceptions may apply by Dream for specific NFTs.
• Even the content creators of the NFT(s) must buy their own copy of the NFT(s) due to how NFTs work in regards to the ownership system of the NFTokens. Tokens: The ownership certificate on the blockchain.

2. Confirm legitimacy of NFT before sending / receiving: Use a blockchain explorer such as Solscan (Solana) or Polygonscan (Matic)
3. Transfers: once the NFT(s) get transferred to the new wallet

• New owner: All of the effects will be applied to the new owner
• Previous owner: All effects removed

4. Private project NFTs can only be bought from / traded by the members involved in the group project(s) or in https://forum.enlightenedstates.com/t/official-nft-buying-selling-thread/23640 . Those involved in the private group project can post there.
5. Do not sell / trade / give an NFT ‘copy’ that is not yours. Ie. Selling other members NFT copies when you are only allowed 1 copy.
6. We are not responsible for any loss experienced due to negligence on your part (lost wallet, lost NFT due to scams, lost pass code etc). Please be mindful about how you handle your NFTs as many of them are limited-editions. Common mistake is to keep your wallet pass in an insecure unreliable place, like on your device or on cloud storage. Write on a physical medium, stored in a safe, accessible, memorable place.

Actually just be in a relationship is ok. Fields work on BF/GF, no need to formally tie the knot, it is a confirmed fact.

To be realistic though, just “buy as a gift” and send to your friend, it is more simple.

So some of the overt aggression in the replies aside. If your friend really needs it that badly, you or they, or a pool of funds can be spent to gift the field. That may seem harsh but if 300 people did that twice, that’s 600 x avgFieldPrice worth of sales Dream is being removed from. If the average price of a gumroad field was 100 (it’s probably way more), that’s 60,000. That’s enough for most countries to start considering serious punishment legally.

That doesn’t count the fact that some are collaborations and may have a payout structure, or worse, some of these fields’ purchases go to charities. I dunno where you stand on believing in Karma, but you might be better off if you kicked someone in a wheelchair down a flight of stairs than removing charitable proceeds from those who really need it.

Hell, that may be the case anyway. Dream is powerful in what he’s doing; enough to make these at a level of quality and quantity seemingly unmatched, and I highly doubt his practice/lineage/etc is so specialized that the only skillset is conceptual thinking to create fields to benefit others.

I imagine that if it wasn’t for his own sense of right and maybe avoidance of backlash, the consequences could be far graver than “doesn’t work”.

There actually cannot be such a thing as a “pirated version” of a Sapien Medicine NFT. Because to pirate a NFT would require hacking the whole crypto blockchain. Which is very unlikely.

Any simple sending over of pictures and audios labeled “as a NFT transfer” is a complete scam.

Someone asked me to send them the photo and audio for a nft I had, and in exchange they would send me major blueprint (they made it sound like a trade but lol I wasn’t trading / chalked it off to it didn’t seem English was their first language)
I mean I told her I dont need that so no worries, just enjoy the audio and photo and stuff (thought she just wanted the photo and audio at high quality- OR SO I THOUGHT).
