Muscle/Endurance/Stamina stack

Howdy!

Can somebody recommend me a short and good stack for building muscle, endurance and stamina. Im training almost every day, and I have very low stamina level.

Saw this Gain Weight/Build Muscle Stack but it is too long and I don’t have that much time since im a student and currently listening to brain stack which is 2+ hours long.

For muscle building:

Pre workout:
-Testosterone 2.5
-Plasma Charged mitochondria

After workout:
-Induced follistatin to muscle or Creatine synthesis
-After workout, muscle recovery

-Myostatin (Patreon) 3x once a month

Hi there! Could you please explain how Myostatin works or does and it’s purpose because I want to use it for my workout regime?
