Twitch in time is the bomb for what you are looking for. You can buy muscles beyond later. Make sure you eat well with twitch in time too, all that explosion needs some nutrition too
I bought it two days ago, and I feel a fast and amazing recovery for my workouts (I train super hard calisthenics workouts than make me feel like shit the next day) . Idk if itās the field or something else.

My mannnnn, 57,2 % skeletal muscle, and 11,4 % Body fat thatās really good!!! Youāre on some @Zen workout plan for sure
only bought twitch in time as of now, and havenāt worked out yet as Iām still sore

BButttttttā¦ My abs are popping with this field and core workout ā¦ and zen muscles field . So im using 3 fields to get that one ā¦ i think its similar but not equal .
