These are what came to mind, so might as well put them somewhere. Take it or leave it.
1) NFT Ads auto-deletion - If possible, the NFT ads could have an auto-deletion after 1-2-3 months or so after the ad was created (with a few days before, a notification coming to a user that its scheduled for deletion at x.y.z.). Lots of ppl make ads but then forget about them, leave them no longer up-to-date, or sell nfts but forget to delete the ads, etc. It’d also limit cases of market violations/strikes where ppl forget and then make a 2nd ad, then they get both removed, etc.
2) Proof of Ownership before sending an NFT audio - I suggest they should also show full monitor up-to-date screenshot of their wallet (with the NFT and wallet address shown in there without the eye sign (which itself is there when u add a wallet to observe it but dont own it)). Or PM mods only.
3) Rules about NFT SOLD – removal – While already in practise, I think the Thread rules can integrate some reasonable framework for that. To just delete post or NFT listing after sale/trade happened is a way to go, but it is also preferred to first say SOLD and leave it for a few days – yk, to flex you got a sale :D.
Jk, it informes other ppl well – that SOLD part perhaps can be left for like a week or so and then deleted/edited out for market cleanliness.
4) Trading thread – general notifs off for links to NFT threads (for project presenters so they don’t get notifs) if possible
5) No Hidden profiles for traders – it takes just about 6 clicks (tutorial can be provided, and sometimes be mindful of browsers), and might be crucial for safety – after all, at least one scam happened using the hidden profile feature.
6) Discussion of other channels Rules – except for mentioning them somewhere “centrally”, they could also go to the OP of the thread: https://forum.enlightenedstates.com/t/discussion-for-other-creator-channels/1021
Stating rules in the middle of discussion works for regulars, but might not so for newbies.
My idea and reflection on prohibited links in the thread:
I do not rly get why links to them are prohibited (not talking about links with nothing else to them) - I think the forum evolved past the need to look at other creators like some annoyances, especially as we got Innerplace. I don’t think prohibiting links does anything practical, but subtly treats them as annoyances. Some things here seem rather tailored for regulars than newcomers.
7) Reorganized rule system – not just a collection of announcements, posts put anywhere, etc. – but integrated in one place – the left toolbar – where FAQ, ‘About’ are (FAQ is basically rules), containing even place specific ones/links to them (NFTs, other creators)
8) Tags on posts – short-term testimonial, long-term testimonial, chit-chat, question, unrelated, … like on Reddit
9) More subcategories: New Gumroad and teespring subcategories (for ‘fractured spiral’ and ‘serenity’), NFT discussions and announcements subcategories
10) Better structures for descriptions for new releases

Ignition of the core (General Alchemy)
An Alchemical Infusion of Ginger • Cinnamon • Astragalus
To ignite the body’s vital fire, restore immune integrity, and awaken the dormant reserves of energy buried beneath burnout, depletion, or cold stagnation. This is a warming, activating elixir crafted for those stuck in low-fire states—chronic fatigue, post-illness depletion, emotional apathy, or adrenal freeze.
Here, the fire isn’t manic—it’s measured power, built from the core and radiated outward. It lights the forge without consuming the house.
Ginger (Zingiber officinale) – The Root-Spark
Warming, pungent, and deeply circulatory, Ginger acts as a biological bellows—spreading warmth, motion, and vitality.
-
Stimulates digestion, circulation, and respiratory flow
-
Anti-inflammatory and immune-activating
-
Warms cold extremities and dispels internal dampness
-
Supports recovery from fatigue, viral load, and stagnation
Energetic Resonance:
Sparks will, motivation, and creative fire
-
Clears emotional fog, sluggish thinking, and depression
-
Reignites personal power buried beneath lethargy or fear
-
Cuts through psychic cold and reignites spiritual movement
Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) – The Sacred Flame Binder
Sweet and penetrating, Cinnamon is both a metabolic tonic and a spiritual activator.
-
Enhances circulation and warms the core
-
Balances blood sugar and supports digestive fire
-
Antimicrobial and immune-strengthening
-
Harmonizes and amplifies other herbs in synergy
Energetic Resonance:
-
Feeds the inner hearth—not a flare, but a steady burn
-
Awakens sensual awareness and embodied presence
-
Reconnects fragmented will with grounded passion
-
Invites sacred heat into the heart and lower chakras
Astragalus (Huang Qi) – The Guardian Root of Vital Qi
A sovereign tonic in TCM, Astragalus is the builder—the fortress around which all this fire can safely expand.
-
Enhances immune resilience and Wei Qi (protective energy)
-
Restores adrenal reserves and physical endurance
-
Supports respiratory health and long-term energy stores
-
Rebuilds vitality after depletion, stress, or illness
-
Acts as the foundation beneath the flame
-
Holds the structure for rising energy to remain contained
-
Builds life-force, not just movement—stabilized inner voltage
-
Sustains long-term output without collapse
This blend is a recharging ritual for those who’ve burned out, frozen over, or slipped into apathy.
It restores the body’s heat without scattering the mind.
It builds the will-body—that deep engine of purpose, conviction, and motion—and helps translate that energy into life-force action.
The Longer story
THE ALCHEMICAL TRIAD — THE LONGER STORY
This trio is not random. Ginger, Cinnamon, and Astragalus form a classical yang-strengthening, qi-mobilizing, blood-warming, spirit-anchoring triad that appears repeatedly across ancient internal alchemy traditions — but modern herbalism tends to view them only piecemeal. Here is the full structure beneath the field.
GINGER — THE PRIMORDIAL FIRESTARTER
Biological / Somatic
- Strong anti-inflammatory modulatory effect (gingerols, shogaols).
- Improves circulation by dilating peripheral vessels.
- Enhances mitochondrial thermogenesis.
- Increases digestive motility; moves “stagnant” digestive qi physically.
- Deeply anti-nausea — interacts with serotonergic pathways.
- Warmth-inducing in gut and extremities.
Energetic Layer
- Classic “yang spark” — warms, moves, activates.
- Clears cold stagnation in the lower and middle dantian.
- Breaks through energetic inertia or lethargic qi.
- Acts like a bellows blowing oxygen into a dying fire.
- In subtle fields: cleans out the emotional residue that feels like cold numbness, apathy, or frozen anger.
Spiritual / Psychic Layer
- Ginger corresponds to ignition of willpower.
- Helps restore assertiveness without aggression.
- Clears the fog on the “action axis” (Kidney → Liver → Gallbladder in the Chinese energetic model).
- Used historically to “wake up” the protective field around the solar plexus.
Archetypal Signature
Ginger is the spark plug.
It says: “Move forward. Warm up. Melt the inertia.”
CINNAMON — THE HEARTFIRE REGULATOR
Biological / Somatic
- Enhances insulin sensitivity and glucose uptake.
- Warmth-enhancing but more centered toward the heart and chest.
- Antimicrobial, particularly against yeast and low-grade bacterial imbalance.
- Supports microcirculation in extremities and around the heart.
- Smooth muscle relaxant — subtly reduces stress-response tension.
Energetic Layer
- Cinnamon opens and warms the Heart meridian and its branches.
- Balances the “fire” system without overstimulating.
- Softens emotional shutdown — especially around trust, relational warmth, and receptivity.
- Harmonizes the qi that moves vertically between chest and abdomen.
Spiritual / Psychic Layer
- Beloved in Persian, Egyptian, and Taoist traditions as a “Heart Flame Protector.”
- Clears emotional coldness that originates in past betrayals or disappointments.
- Reconnects heart-fire with personal power, preventing dissociation between “I feel” and “I act.”
Archetypal Signature
If ginger is the spark, cinnamon is the controlled hearth fire.
It says: “Let warmth return to the heart without burning out.”
ASTRAGALUS — THE SHIELD, THE ROOT OF RESILIENCE
Biological / Somatic
- One of the strongest immunomodulators in all herbal medicine (polysaccharides & astragalosides).
- Supports adrenal recovery without the stimulating crash.
- Improves telomerase activity — anti-aging, longevity support.
- Enhances “Wei Qi” → the body’s outer defensive layer.
- Deep restoration of the lung/immune axis.
Energetic Layer
- Builds protective qi around the body, like a subtle shield.
- Reinforces boundaries — physical, emotional, psychic.
- Strengthens the lower dantian’s “rootedness” and the central channel’s integrity.
- Helps repair energy leaks from chronic stress, trauma, or emotional depletion.
Spiritual / Psychic Layer
- Often called “The Guardian Root.”
- Creates a field of gentle, unwavering resilience.
- Connects the aura with the archetype of the steadfast mountain.
- Especially good at sealing old energetic wounds that have become habitual openings.
Archetypal Signature
Astragalus is the rooted guardian.
It says: “Stand firm. Renew your life-force. Become unshakeable.”
THE TRIAD — WHY THESE THREE TOGETHER?
This is where the alchemy opens.
Individually, each herb has its domain.
Together, they form a yang-line infusion that restores the following sequence:
1 — Spark (Ginger)
2 — Regulated flame (Cinnamon)
3 — Sustained life-force & protection (Astragalus)
This is essentially the internal alchemist’s framework for restoring:
- Drive
- Warmth
- Vitality
- Immunity
- Emotional courage
- Personal magnetism
- Spiritual stamina
In your energy system, this kind of triad builds from the bottom up:
Lower Dantian
→ Ginger warms and unfreezes core will-energy.
→ Astragalus strengthens and seals the container.
Middle Dantian (Heart)
→ Cinnamon restores relational warmth and emotional flow.
→ Ginger keeps the heart from collapsing into lethargy.
Upper Dantian
→ All three together create a clearer upward flow of vitality for cognition, intuition, and clarity.
HOW IT ACTS IN A MORPHIC FIELD FORMAT
The field versions do not merely replicate biochemical actions.
They work as:
1 — Frequency Extraction
Energetic signatures stripped from the plants’ physical limitations:
- Ginger’s penetrating yang spark
- Cinnamon’s heart-flame coherence
- Astragalus’s resiliency grid
2 — Directed Intelligence
Fields tend to guide these energies into the specific layers that are blocked rather than random activation.
This means:
- Cold, stagnant zones warm up.
- Emotional contraction softens.
- Weak boundaries thicken and seal.
- Qi flow increases without jitteriness.
3 — Alchemical Subtle Restructuring
This triad affects:
- Blood-qi ratio
- Kidney → Heart axis
- Solar Plexus → Heart synchronization
- Immunity → Emotional defense → Psychic defense alignment
4 — Evolutionary Layer
There’s an underlying archetypal pattern encoded:
“From frozen → to flowing → to fortified.”
That’s why this triad often feels like:
- steady awakening
- “life-force filling the limbs again”
- inner warmth that doesn’t burn
- emotional center re-opening
- subtle grounding + courage
THE LONGER SPIRITUAL STORY
Historically, this combination (or its variants) shows up in the following traditions:
Taoist Internal Alchemy
Used to:
- warm the Gate of Vitality
- strengthen Wei Qi
- reconnect Heart Fire and Kidney Water
The triad is a medicine for “cold stagnation that drains purpose.”
Persian and Middle Eastern Mysticism
Cinnamon + ginger are heart-openers and courage herbs used in rites of:
- awakening inner fire
- dispelling emotional ghosts
- revitalizing waning will
Shamanic / Root Medicine Lineages
Astragalus (or cognates) appears as a:
- boundary root
- spirit-shielding herb
- soul vitality restorer
Western Esoteric Herbalism
These three correspond to:
- Mars (Ginger)
- Sun (Cinnamon)
- Saturn/Jupiter boundary-protection hybrid (Astragalus)
Combined, they represent an alchemical cycle of:
Ignition → Stabilization → Empowered Containment
IN THE HUMAN FIELD — THE PRACTICAL EFFECTS
Physically
- rising bodily warmth
- more stable energy throughout the day
- more resistance to illness
- better circulation & digestion
Emotionally
- courage returns
- emotional coldness melts
- clearer boundaries
- more warmth toward self & others
Psychically
- strengthened aura
- less psychic leakage
- boosted intuitive clarity (because heart and gut fire synchronize)
- stronger “inner sun”
Archetypally
This is an infusion that rebuilds:
- vigor
- courage
- warmth
- resilience
- steady will
- protection
It’s a formula for reanimation — not hyperactivity, not mania, but a stable rekindling of power.
This formula is ideal for:
Chronic fatigue, post-viral depletion, or low adrenal fire
Immune system enhancement during cold seasons or stress cycles
Emotional dullness or energetic sluggishness
Restoring inner drive, warmth, and creative ignition
Reconnecting with personal will and somatic momentum

11) Newer descriptions of older fields might keep the older descriptions under spoilers – some people like brief descriptions as well
12) General ban/suspension registry – so ppl know, especially if banned ppl will try to contact members elsewhere – mitigates risk, members may not be always aware of all bans. (I think this was suggested by Kalacakra as well)
13) NFT lending / renting / swapping – Through repeated testing, I’ve found that it is possible to create a wallet on someone else’s behalf—specifically for this purpose—have them associate/connect with it, while I retain full control.
This approach can serve as a new foundation or operating model for NFT lending, renting, and swapping. Using collateral is still an option, but in practice this method might work best (no need for collateral)—unless you’re dealing with someone you truly, exceptionally trust. And I mean real trust. We’ve already had at least two cases (one very recent) where the other party might have appeared trustworthy, even “nice and kind”, but ultimately turned out to be a betrayer.
