Uial, if I may ask, what is your brain stack?

Ok… @El_Capitan_Nemo has weighed in and recommends

Might as well seal it off with myelination

In other words, end your stack with Enpp6 Enzyme
if you want.

Lol, funny synchro, was just thinking deeply about my brain stack (which ends with Enpp6 Enzyme) and pondering that field seeming to work well at the end. :slightly_smiling_face:

Keep in mind what works best can vary for each individual based upon many factors, such as one’s goals, circumstances, how many fields one can handle, how much time one has got, etc.

This has been my ‘core’ brain stack for a while, played in morning. I find it can also help with awakening.

Before the stack, I often play:

  • Love, Gratitude and Appreciation x1
  • Probability Alteration and Luck x3
  • Photosynthesis x3
  • Glutathione Super Anti-Oxidant x2
  • Klotho Booster x1

Core stack:

  • BDNF x1
  • AMPK x1
  • Enpp6 Enzyme x2
  • Superhuman Genius x1
  • Enhanced Brain Hemisphere Connectivity x4
  • The Schuman Resonance x3
  • Multiple Sclerosis Treatment Ver 2.0 x3
  • Hakuin’s Butter Pill Enhanced x1
  • Love, Gratitude and Appreciation x1
  • Enpp6 Enzyme x1

If newer or optional fields are added (in parenthetical and italicised, depending upon time and circumstances), then the order is more like this:

  • (Longevity (ISRIB and RBM3) x2)
  • BDNF x1
  • AMPK x1
  • Enpp6 Enzyme x2
  • Superhuman Genius x1
  • (Conceptual Realisations x2)
  • (Brain Growth Work x1)
  • Enhanced Brain Hemisphere Connectivity x4
  • The Schuman Resonance x3
  • Multiple Sclerosis Treatment Ver 2.0 x3
  • (Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra x1)
  • Hakuin’s Butter Pill Enhanced x1
  • Love, Gratitude and Appreciation x1
  • (Higher Self Connection x4)
  • (Increased Psychic Functioning x2)
  • (Superhuman Genius x1)
  • Enpp6 Enzyme x1
  • (Brain Regeneration x2)

Not all fields above are included at once in the same playlist and often I split that into two separate playlists.

(and I’m always experimenting with and modifying things as I learn)

After the newest fields (Torsion, Plasma) were released, I have been focussing on those and not played this brain stack in this form!

What is audio talisman? Never heard of it.

Can you post the stack. I was searching for that post.

I would like to report something, so this is my second day of listening to ISRIB longevity field. I have noticed after listening to it with brain growth work, my brain feels a lot more tired and has some pressure on it, kinda like a headache but not, I have also started yawning a lot more. Now, this could be because I am tired or something, but I really don’t feel very tired and slept well. This could also be due to the other fields working taxing my brain, and not the ISIRB field directly causing this effect. But nevertheless it is pretty interesting, thought you guys might also find it cool, tell me if you know why this is happening. Regards.

I see that on the forum the subject ISIRB and RBM3 come back often . I’ll add it (× 2) to my daily audio playlist .

I have the tags Cognitive and Memory Improvement. this will bring a plus.

I would put it before the audio ipf.

The stack could be overwhelming and too powerful for most. Please do your own research and adapt according to your need.

Very noticeable results already! I will continue to test it before writing a more elaborate report, but the main result I got could be described as a membrane involving my brain that makes it very stable and free of any neurotoxicity or cognitive instability and fluctuations. Like the ones you get when you sleep poorly or stress it too much. Overall, I would say adding ISIRB + RBM3 made my brain more solid. That’s the word. It’s like a baking soda for the brain, instead of the stomach.
