Honestly, at this moment in this series it is the only title that I consider indispensable for me, not because the others are not good, on the contrary, having to concentrate the investments I prefer to do it on what is really indispensable. I have read wonderful things about this field, and if I think about it I am the answer that is missing in the whole world of subliminals / frequencies / fake morphic fields out there; I mean, even using the best products available, there is always something missing, that you feel part of you draining. That is true. Daoists of the yore said, “Alchemy is simple, just watch your breath in your lower dantien”. Once this center is cultivated, the rest of the alchemy is pretty automatic. There was an ancient Indian sage Agastya, who was called Kumbha-muni, ‘pot-bellied’. He transcended time and space and attained a full rainbow body of pure light merely by focussing on his belly (pun intended)…

The cultivation of lower Dantien is deliberate, the rest will simply follow as a consequence.

Okay, my ADD isn’t so bad today, I was able to read and understand more this time. I have found very interesting and I’d say advanced experiences (thank you all for sharing), but I’m only looking to fix my personality, repair the damage, and improve as a person, as a man.

Is this field too advanced for someone very new like I am? I’m still choosing between this one and Vibration of Creation. Any insights and advice would be appreciated, thank you.

Basically, if you have already done a deep cleaning job, you can move on to something else,
otherwise VOC is better, and later, or at the same time, Soul Core Restoration.

Support this process in yourself as lovingly and savagely as you can by retaining, training hard, eating well, meditation & spiritual practice and cutting out people who are shit for your life. Agree, I loop these 2 audios along with knight mindset overnight. I dropped everything else (legit) I try to meditate on at least one of them once a day. I can sense some sort of change forming within me, certain things I used to be strongly attached don’t really “threaten” me. Definitely long term audios to listen to.
