I’m new to all this energy music. If I listened to these audios with over the ear headphones like the Bose quiet comfort 35, it will still work right?
Reason why I would rather use over the ears headphones is because I wouldn’t want my baby hearing the audios. If I listen with headphones and I’m only one that can hear the music, it will not affect baby or anyone around me correct?

All I know the energy is working on your aura. So even if you use headphones. The energy still emits throughout your aura. It is best to listen with speaker but regardless. The choice is yours
I usually keep a distance of 1.5~2m to other people or animals when listening to fields, and I think they’re good even if they can hear the music. As far as I know, there’s no difference between using speakers and headphones, but some people feel that one works better than the other with one or more fields.

It’s no problem headphones or speakers, even on lowest volumes.
The reason speakers are recommended is because some of the older audio fields were somewhat uneasy on the ears
