Does anyone know how negentropic is added into here. Am trying to think, if it was about the shapes and golden ratio then am pretty sure plasma has an aspect to that or maybe not.

Is it because it rewinds damages on the muscles, because the way we live our lives

I know, it’s awful.

I feel like I’m the only one who gets no results from this field. What am I doing wrong? I’m thinking of trying mewing world’s course again because I don’t know what else to do about my face. Listening to subs too but…

What’s are your current goals with fields? And (subs??)

Can you list them? And what are you using for such goals.

Hi Zen, sorry for the late reply. I have quite a few on my playlist that I try to listen to at least every other day but a lot or health or physical change related. Maybe I am doing too many at once? I read that you should do not more than 4 permanent change ones so I should go back and count to make sure I guess. I don’t really notice effects with all of them but some I notice right away like the core strengthening one. I also try to so the ego disillusion one now and then too. I am trying other ways again now to try and fix my maxilla though now such as mewing world’s course and am determined now.

For fields for permanent physical changes, you want to be listening every day until you have the changes you want. The Official Sapienmed FAQ (Updated) tells us that when using fields for permanent physical changes such as this one, if you miss a day, you lose the momentum of the change. Then you’re sort of starting over again with the next listen.

This is pretty common and it’s counterproductive, especially if it’s causing you to split your fields over 2 days’ of listening.

You’ll see more results when you prioritize your goals and then tackle your goals with fields one by one.

You think it would be a good idea to use this field before sleep while taping your mouth so you can nose breathe ? I saw a podcast where Andrew Huberman talked about that Neuroscientist: How Mouth Breathing Affects Your Face | Andrew Huberman #neuroscience #shorts - YouTube

Why has the video on youtube been deleten?

Edit: can’t find it on patreon anymore aswell

Edit 2: Nvm, after searching through the forum this problem is already known by the sapien team

The initial post needs to be updated, with the video re-uploaded.

I was just coming to share this video in case anyone still doubted mewing, its own creator explains everything comprehensively and with a lot of evidence in this video/documentary.

With the field the results should be faster.

Yes, it helps with that

The reviews for the morphic field known as “Auto-Mewing” reflect a variety of user experiences, highlighting both benefits and potential drawbacks. Below is an overview of the common remarks, benefits, and disadvantages reported by users.

Common Reported Remarks

  • Rapid Effects: Many users emphasize that they notice changes quickly after listening to the audio, often stating “this works fast” or feeling immediate tightness in their jaw and facial muscles.

  • Muscle Engagement: Users frequently mention sensations of muscle tightening in the jaw and neck areas, indicating that the audio may effectively engage the muscles associated with mewing.

  • Breathing Improvement: Several comments highlight a shift from mouth breathing to full nasal breathing, suggesting that the audio helps promote better respiratory habits.

  • Facial Changes: Users report visible changes in their facial structure, including a more defined jawline and enhanced cheekbones. Some express satisfaction with achieving a “masculine” appearance.

  • Psychological Effects: There are mentions of the audio influencing mindset and intention, with users believing that focusing on desired changes can enhance results.

  • Unique Experiences: Some users describe peculiar sensations, such as their tongue feeling like it has a “mind of its own,” which they attribute to the audio’s effects.

Reported Benefits

  • Improved Facial Structure: Many users claim that the audio, when combined with mewing, leads to a more defined jawline and overall enhanced facial symmetry.

  • Enhanced Muscle Tone: The audio is said to automate the strengthening of facial and jaw muscles, contributing to a more toned appearance.

  • Support for Medical Conditions: Some users report that the audio is beneficial for individuals recovering from oral surgeries or those with specific speech difficulties.

  • Age Inclusivity: Users mention that the audio seems effective for individuals of various ages, suggesting that it may stimulate changes even in older users.

  • Accelerated Results: Many believe that the audio can significantly speed up the results of traditional mewing practices, with some speculating that noticeable changes can occur within months.

Common Reports on Tongue Positioning

  • Encouragement of Proper Tongue Posture: Users mention that the Auto-Mewing audio seems to facilitate maintaining the correct tongue posture, which involves having the entire tongue pressed against the palate. This is a fundamental aspect of mewing, as it is believed to help with facial restructuring and improve jaw alignment.
  • Physical Sensations: Many users report feeling their tongue naturally gravitating towards the roof of their mouth while listening to the audio. Some describe sensations of tightness or pressure in the jaw and tongue, indicating that the audio may be reinforcing the desired tongue position.
  • Subconscious Habit Formation: Several comments suggest that after repeated listening, users find themselves unconsciously keeping their tongue in the correct position, which aligns with the goal of mewing to make this posture a natural habit.
  • Impact on Breathing: Users also note that the audio helps them engage in full nasal breathing, which is often a goal of mewing. This suggests that the audio not only influences tongue position but also encourages better overall oral posture.
  • Strengthening of Tongue Muscles: Some users feel that the audio contributes to strengthening the muscles of the tongue and jaw, which is essential for maintaining the mewing posture effectively over time.

Disadvantages and Concerns

  • Overly Pronounced Changes: Some users express concerns that the effects can be too strong or lead to undesired changes, such as a more masculine appearance that they do not find attractive.

  • Physical Discomfort: Reports of jaw soreness and discomfort after listening to the audio are common, indicating that the intensity of the effects may not be suitable for everyone.

  • Lack of Scientific Evidence: Critics point out that the claims surrounding mewing and morphic fields lack substantial scientific backing, raising concerns about the efficacy and safety of such practices.

  • Potential for Misalignment: There are warnings that improper use of mewing techniques, even when aided by audio, can lead to dental issues or misalignment of the jaw.

  • Psychological Impact: Some users caution against developing an overemphasis on physical appearance, which could lead to issues like body dysmorphia or low self-esteem.

In summary, while the Auto-Mewing field has garnered positive feedback for its rapid effects and potential benefits in enhancing facial structure, users should approach it with caution due to the potential for discomfort and the lack of scientific validation for its claims. Experience may vary from person to person.
