What you’ve described is a fairly common experience when one has anxiety. Breathing a lot deeper for longer means your limbic system (the system the amygdala is part of) is functioning better at the moment along with your body’s systems!
Anxiety affects the limbic system in the brain, and the types of abnormal electrical activity in the limbic system which create anxiety typically cause the portal vein in the liver to constrict. Difficulty inhaling deeply or for a long period of time is often a downstream effect of the portal vein constriction.

And its weird becuase i slept really late and i feel like i slept well and a lot of hours. I read a little bit about signs of curses and i have a lot of them and now im looking at generational curses because my Family had a really hard life too
and i don’t know if its a sign but, I usually never dream and tonight i dreamed that i was moving by myself in a new apartment. i always wanted to move and be independent. As i said before im 19 and My mental condition/ fears don’t let me be independent. I never dreamed of moving and this dream means change. They are not common dreams about moving . It symbolyze some endings you are currently experiencing.

Guys, I was hesitant to write this but Atreides’s question and Sammy’s answer kept looping in my mind during these last 3 days. Maybe you’d have some suggestions.
I have a cousin, which was like a big brother for me. A long time ago… because since he got married (more than 20 years ago), things have changed. He became unrecognizable. It would be too long to explain but I can just say that unfortunately, we suspect his wife and her family about this shift: indeed, whenever she and her family would come to visit one of us, we used to find weird objects hidden in our houses: under the beds, in the fridge, in the garden… This kind of stuff is sadly quite frequent in our country. They also used to bring some foods, that we had no other choice than putting in the garbage after they left.
So, we ended up cutting our relationship both with this cousin and his wife’s clan. Not only because of our suspicion; but mainly because their behaviors towards the whole family was simply impossible to cope with.
Last time I saw those guys was 3 years ago, in a funeral. Other than this kind of “exceptional” events, we don’t have any contact. Now, I don’t know if there’s anything to do, honestly: more than 20 years gone, interfering/not interfering questionings in my head, not willing to play the savior… etc.
But I’m still tempted to give a shot to this Be the Healer + Curse Removal formula.
I see typical questions coming :p like “did you ask your HS”. So I’ll say in advance that my HS and I are somewhat mostly in harmony lately.
That’s the story. If there are any other suggestions (other than HS), I’d gladly read them.

The thing about this is… what if you break his spell and he ends up divorcing his wife? Would all the turmoil be worth it? That’s 20 years of that relationship just gone lol

Dilemma, my hermano. My HS :)) also “told me” something like this, basically. Like “some kinds of dilemma have to remain untouched”.
A few years ago, the cousin had a nervous breakdown in front of his sister, confessing that he was tired about his wife. Only time he did it. Other than that, he just seems robotically happy in his “slave role”.

Cuz in my opinion, it sounds like your cousin already built a life with his wife and tearing it all down now will bring upon some years of readjustment and more turmoil
All in all, do whatever feels right hermana, follow your heart!

Thanks my Bicep. So yes, on the one hand, I have this mindset summarized by Owl: never too late. The guy is in his 50s now (= still young), his son has grown up and moved on on his own already, etc. So maybe there’s still a chance for him to have better days in this lifetime, etc.
But on the other hand… Turmoil and stuff… :))

Ehhh well if the kids are already grown up, then do it! The turmoil can’t be that bad!
Maybe send him a lot of unconditional love with be the healer and other fields that can help to get him on his feet, I say do it if you’re also willing to heal him through the readjustment process! (Or maybe he can listen to the fields alone)

guys, I Don’t know what this Audio has to do with this. But I can sing better. I woke up this morning and I could do riffs and runs better than usual., higher notes, balance, etc LOL. Like I Am not a professional singer but I come from a family of musicians/Songwriters etc. I always loved to sing and my voice is not amazingly good but it’s not bad either. Do any fo you have any idea, how is this possible? Why does my voice sound so good? Actually is really funny. I really can’t comprehend why? I don’t know it’s weird I just wanted to say it, just in case, it has something to do with the audio.

Maybe it doesn’t have to do anything with the audio. Its just funny to me because last night i listend to it overnight and this morning my voice was better. Maybe its just coincidence
