My essence has always known that my growth is the key to our reunion, but my ego has been so identified and fighting it. Yes, you’re absolutely right. She is making bad choices and it kills me but that’s her path. I’m slowly starting to surrender to the fact that I just need to work on myself. I appreciate your empathy and input.

Weird, I listened to this last night and watched a video where sadhguru claims that whenever someone is filled with ojas they becoming a “glowing human being” funny enough I had a dream where every couple of minutes I had people speaking to me.
• a random guy told me “it’s not about giving that man a dollar but rather spending quality time with him” AND WOAH. Yesterday at a traffic light I had asked my brother to honk the horn to draw the homeless man back to the car and provide him a dollar. (Higher self message for sure!)
• a couple of people just saying random comments to me, literally felt like I was a beacon and people were just drawn do say something to me or be in my presence.
• ETH sky rocketed and I had made over 32 mil in total profit 
, idk if that manifestation or a early sign for others to get on ETH.
Definitely listening to this audio from now on.

Ojas certainly helps with a magnetic personality, manifestation (as it is highly refined energy). People are drawn to you, like to be around you because the presence of someone filled with Ojas is similar to being basked in warm sunlight, so people are unconsciously drawn to it. Ojas means exuding vigor and vitality in all aspects - thoughts, actions, words, and even mere presence.

I have to say the energy I detect from this Ojas field is quite different from the Shen field which surprised me because I thought they were the same! Pure bliss - that feeling of everything is going to be alright. So this is what Sadhguru feels like huh? 
Btw is semen retention a prerequisite to use this field? (Or rather get the full benefits of this field)

Same here. It’s way more refined. Too much of the Shen field creates an energy blockage for me sometimes. Not this though!

It’s not a pre requisite but it helps majorly! It’s double the Ojas because you are transmuting the Jing into Ojas yourself already.

It makes all aspects of life better. When I go through a relapse phase, my mind is way more active and chaotic. Transmutation creates such a balanced state of being. A silent mind and active consciousness

I think the reason I didn’t experience these benefits was because I wasn’t spiritual when doing it, aka zero to no transmutation. That made me crazy (as expected).

Until the ego is dead though, transmutation brings the deep deep subconscious egos up to the surface to see them and comprehend them so you can eliminate them. It’s part of the path.

That makes sense. I actually felt worse and felt all my problems coming up to the surface again but now I’ve found a way to deal with them. Hmm, so it seems like all that retention did help after all

There you go. The ascension tag and raise your vibration field do the same thing. So, one might say to themselves “why should I transmute then, we have the Ojas, Three Treasure fields, etc?” The answer is because ejaculation creates the ego. It’s why it’s the original sin. It creates pride, greed, avarice, and all the rest of the issues we have. They bottle up free consciousness. This is the symbol behind Alladin and the Genie (the soul/consciousness) in a bottle (the ego).
