I think the reason I didn’t experience these benefits was because I wasn’t spiritual when doing it, aka zero to no transmutation. That made me crazy (as expected).

Until the ego is dead though, transmutation brings the deep deep subconscious egos up to the surface to see them and comprehend them so you can eliminate them. It’s part of the path.

I must say these past 2 months I noticed I don’t really care much about masturbating. Honestly I would maybe 2-3 times a week to now perhaps 2 times a month, the mindset audios along with the treasures (don’t forget soul restoration all three or simply core) have really done something to me.
I didn’t intend to force myself to stop it just happened naturally.

Knight/warrior mindset is a gem for great ethics and courage. Definitely helps with NoFap too. I haven’t been using it consistently enough lately. There’s so many gems dropping.

That Knight mindset is a gift that keeps on giving. I’m not into pmo, as a competitive teen I’ve recognized it made me feel weak both physically and mentally, and I took note of that as I became an adult.
However with the reinforcement of this field, my occasional curiosity even subsided. The primal instinct is very much there, but it’s tempered, guided and focused. Warrior mindset indeed. Love this field.
