Looks like Furnace and fax oxidation will have the maximum programming benefits.
What are your thoughts?

My goal is mostly maintenance, esp during binge weekends, so I listen to a few rounds of Furnace in the morning, and a few of the Oxidization in the evening. When in a stack, I add some workout audios between the two for around 30-40 min.

Go easy initially, and it should not be too taxing :slight_smile:

I’ve been using only the Oxidized Fat 3x in a row per day for the last 2 weeks. I’ve noticed that my midsection area is a little smaller but I haven’t dropped any weight when I step on a scale. So it looks like I’m dropping inches around my belly area as my pants feel looser but not weight yet. :thinking:

Hello Starlight!!!

Its there a missconception about weight related to body fat , there can be a lot of factors , for example : Adding Muscle mass , Water retention etc .

Im pretty sure that sometimes , youu can decrease your %body fat without lossing weight (lbs kgs )

I’m reading over this thread and looks like there were some recommendations about adding workout fields as well. I’ll add some workout fields before and after this audio to see what happens.

True true! But I was surprised that the needle didn’t move at all when I stepped on the scale. So, will continue with this and add some workout audios as well.

Weight is quite deceptive, especially after eating or drinking water.

Best to take your weight at the same time daily. Recommend would be in the morning after waking up and visited the bathroom.

It’s normal and fluctuates throughout the day. If you see sudden increases it’s more likely due to water retention.

Still no noticeable results and symptoms of detox (Dark and frequent urine, headache, intestinal purge …)

my current playlist is this:

  • the furnace × 3
  • upper body workout (7:57 minute)
    × 4
  • fat oxidation x 8
  • increased blood circulation x 5

I wonder if having several tags can reduce the results :thinking:.

difficult to separate from the tags one day :smirk:

I also carry energetic mandalas with me.

For those with results do you have any other plaques or other energetic objects on you?

I thought about charging my water with the furnace. maybe it could speed up fat burning :thinking:

I’ve been travelling so I haven’t been listening to fields a lot. I had slr, bpil and intercession tags on me during the day only and no other. Sometimes jewellery with the luck field in the evening.

I noticed much stronger effects.
I listened to furnace 3x and fat oxidization 3-5x. I lost about 1.5 kg in one and a half weeks, to me it feels more, it seems like it’s mostly fat loss Vs both fat and muscle (actually more muscle than fat as the body breaks down muscle easier before fat, so it’s “first”) on a normal diet.

I didn’t do any workouts (well… I did a little but not as normal, and I did a lot of walking around overall), I ate as I felt like but I think overall I didn’t eat much because the audio made me feel not hungry and for a few days in the beginning even as if I had a “tummy bug” - I realized it was detox so I switched to the oven for 2 days instead and then it was fine.

The three tags you kept do not require a lot of energy resources. I think that you are much more reasonable on the energy fields than me :sweat_smile:.

I wonder if eternal redux does not interfere. they act on physical healing. it produces stem cells. can the body do both? to burn fat and produce stem cells at the same time?

normally from what I understood the body breaks down muscles if it has no choice in terms of energy resources.

As for example with fasting when the body has no more fat and autophagy has been done, it turns on the muscles to recover energy.

To compensate for this high energy demand I have the mage plate and another mandala that does much the same.

I think maybe it is that there is too much information to send to the body and it is having a hard time handling. it cannot perform several biological reactions at the same time.

I think that to confirm this I have to remove some plates and Mandala so that the body can initiate biological processes more easily

I dont know about intercession (and you are right about bipl) , but SLR doesnt require a lot of energy resources? :thinking:

You are right :grin:. In the beginning Slr can bring about a lot of emotional and physical changes which can manifest as severe fatigue.

Personally, I did not feel tired wearing it.

Yeah it was on purpose, I left ascension tag at home.
I used to wear / use a lot more but noticed diminishing results so 🤷
I’ve had slr since Dec and I use it often so it wasn’t that straining. Plus I use negentropic Jing.

Fat Vs muscle loss depends on a lot of factors (mainly nutrition and activity). this is why slow and steady weight loss is recommended, because if you lose more than 0.5 or maximum 1 kg per week, or if you crash diet for e.g. 2 weeks, it will be muscle too, in some cases mainly muscle.

Quite possible. I would suggest - list down specifically what is your highest priority at this point, and use tags and fields only for that topic for say 60-days. You will see faster results, especially for physical changes.

@Starlight, when I used to do Keto + IF a few years ago to shed weight, at several points in time, my weight would not change at all, but the body composition would change - waist size would reduce, more muscles, etc. Watch out for such signs.

In addition to Swords + St Biceps, I also use Cardarine, Super Metabolism Boost (this affects metabolism directly - can make you hungry), workout fields (core, upper body, legs, gluteal, stomach shrinking, arm fat removal, sometimes cardio if I don’t go to the gym), Diabetes Treatment (to prevent insulin resistance).
