I’m going to be real honest…I’ve been thinking so much this last month and realize how things are so different in reality than what I was taught to believe as a baby on up…Like on the powers of the subconscious, the superconscious, the universe, our astrological signs, and much more…it’s crazy…and I still have more questions I’m trying to figure out…I’m getting there though…Thanks btw…I’m going to check it out right now…

I heard about this some years ago as well. In all seriousness, it’s an interesting protocol and could certainly have its merits. I’m not brave enough to try it either… :grinning:

Agree with your very thoughtfully written post. There are many possible paths one can take! :slightly_smiling_face:

Great to hear your experience and read about Ayurveda!

I haven’t learnt enough about Ayurveda but was recently fascinated to discover that without trying to follow any particular form or rules, I’d already been naturally drawn mostly to what are considered Sattvic foods (particularly while fasting for longer periods of time) whilst I was experimenting with lightening my vibration through my diet alone. :grinning:

Transmuting ‘basal’ energies with various practices also feels like a skillful way to progress, and food is only one factor in one’s path, as @Maoshan_Wanderer mentioned.

It’s great to read about everyone’s experiences and learn more about your different paths!

(My apologies, have run out of :heart:s for the day to like your posts.)

I mean drinking a cleaning agent sounds scary to me haha. On a biohacker forum, I was talking to a good lady who vouched for it and told me that within 7 days of the protocol, she was sleeping better, her bloating was gone etc. But I will wait till it is more a “thing” and not the “fringe” lol

Are you mainly drinking it for gut healing benefits?

My apologies, by the way, if it seemed I was implying any of that - I didn’t mean to imply in my earlier post that vegetarian eating is somehow fundamentally ungrounded or unhealthy, merely that the denser ‘grounding’ energy is one experience among many that some people have which might lead them to prefer eating meat at that point along their path.

Personally, I’ve found in experimenting with many different ways of progressing, diet, etc. that they can all be practised skillfully, but am always keen to learn more.

Haha… :grinning: I think the maximum is 50 per day, not too difficult to run out over multiple longer threads.

Did you experience any eye color change?

No, I was absolutely not referring to you :) On various biohacking and gut healing communities, I see a perpetual debate on this topic and hence wanted to place it here, especially if @This_Boy_Here has to make a drastic change to his lifestyle, which can be pretty uncomfortable.

Wow, I was not sure that we can run out of likes!! And kudos to you for liking posts, we can absolutely use more appreciation and gratitude in life :)

On a side note, I was listening to the Chakra audios today and everything was normal. These days, my GF is obsessed with an instagram account “Kobe Eats” where a lil kid cooks and its kinda cute and funny. I started watching it, lost other thoughts and was laughing and enjoying some “pure” energy from the child. Boom, felt a burst of energy shooting all the way through the crown and had a moment of unitary experience where you feel one with everything, which I have not been able to replicate in meditation in quite a while! Simple joys of life are perhaps more profound than we credit them for …

Ah, that’s good to know! :slightly_smiling_face: And a very worthwhile discussion to place here, especially as it can be such a drastic change to one’s lifestyle, and might be of help to others who read this thread too.

I don’t think I’ve seen such a clear discussion of it before, addressing the various perpetual debates on the topic, so thank you for writing that post. I’m very appreciative of the perspective you provided in it and learnt some things from it myself.
