Newly released: Glutathione Super Anti-Oxidant Ver 2.0

Truth. Vitamin D is one of the few I still take, but that’s because I live in Portland and it rains 2/3 of the year lol.

I was thinking, it’s crazy how we are still on this quarantine shit. They’ve got a bunch of scientists in their little labs with their wheels turning…when almost everyone on this forum knows with all our hearts where the cure for co-vid 19 lies…it’s ridiculous…

Damn, sounds like heaven for me…I love the rain…but I see what your saying about the sun…lol

I don’t mind…because I’m getting better each day, it’s just a crazy situation that’s unbelievable when you really think about it…

I think it’s really amazing how you guys are vegetarians…in a year, I’d like to do the same…but I still need fish at least…lol.

I like Panamax from Nootropics Depot. A sustained, calm flow of energy.

Yeah it’s wild man. I was imagining today what it’s going to be like 10 years from now looking back on all this…

I love the rain too. It’s relaxing and helps me slow down, but after months of it I want that damn sunshine lol.

Portland is pretty cool for a city, but I’m looking at other areas to live still… it’s just hard to give up because of all the mountains and nature.

Lol nope, This is what I am talking about - essentially black seed extract. Helps with immunity and inflammation.

Sounds awesome! I was using Ginseng Fuzion for awhile from Global Healing and really enjoyed that one.

Between Reishi, Chaga, Cordyceps, Lions Mane, Turkey Tail and Mitake - there is potentially nothing that is not covered!

Talking of supplements, a potent ‘hack’ for longevity, central nervous system and digestive system is sprinkling high quality taurine into foods at each meal, or smoothies and shakes. (can be either a powder or opened supplement capsule)

Taking it this way gives the body a steady input of taurine throughout the day and also counteracts the excitatory neurotransmitters in foods, particularly the higher content in meat, fish, some starchy things and various other foods.

It can also help counteract issues with the enteric nervous system as well as the central nervous system.

@Maoshan_Wanderer You’ve mentioned IBS in your family and reading about gut healing before, so I thought that might be of interest to you. The herbs peppermint and lemon balm also have similar effects on the central and enteric nervous system, which some people have found of help with IBS and digestive difficulties.

Incidentally, it’s interesting at times to see how it seems that the effect of the enteric nervous system (gut) on the central nervous system (brain) is more often discussed for ‘gut healing’ solutions than the effect the other way round, even though it certainly goes both ways in a loop.

I wonder whether Sapien’s brain related audios such as Super Human Genius, Enhanced Brain Hemisphere Connectivity and Nerve Growth Factor might help with the enteric nervous system and digestive difficulties like IBS as well.
