Sometimes when my physical body is super tired from sleep deprivation, yet I overloop on Shen at the same time, I do get sponateous astral projections into random situations and scenarios.
In such cases, my physically body just completely passes out, yet I remain consciously active and aware.
I had two of such projections last night:
Spontaneous Astral Projection Experience 1:
I was teleported to 2017 or 2018 and visited my sister.
I hugged her and told her that she is a good girl and encouraged her for something.
I was speaking to her astral self and to her Subconscious Mind, so that she would feel empowered with her incarnated self, even without consciously being aware of the encouregement.
This seems to be part of the secret double life on the astral plane that everyone is living out witthout knowing about it while incarnated.
Spontaneous Astral Projection Experience 2:
I visited 3 deceased relatives in a modern flat with grey walls and bright yellow lighting:
One of my Gradmas, one of my Aunts and an Uncle where gathered there, sitting on couches and communicating with each other.
When they noticed me suddenly appearing in their flat, I told them that they “should not bother for me staying long as I am still physically incarnated and will be pulled back into my body in a few moments”.
They telepathically said something like “no problem, we have all the time to wait”.
Then I went on to explore the flat and floating around.
It seemed to me to be one of those standardized flats that are assigned by the human astral collective community to newly deceased people who can’t yet create their own flats and who can’t yet grasp that they are able to manifest their own environments on the astral.
