Yes, take a break, are you not already taking one?
I wrote to keep using the subs, I meant only the subs, not the 2 sapien fields.
Just take a break until you are back to normal.

Lol I did med too. And had the same situation just a few weeks ago.

If you have Hakuin healing egg, try it. It works to drive the energy from the head down to the lower torso. I found that too much mental activity drives up all the energy into the head and we lose a lot of energy if it remains up there, especially through the eyes (or at least that’s how it feels to me). For a while we might seem as if we’re peaking, then we hit the slump and realise we’ve run out of petrol.

I felt wasted, and it was like there a mental block right there. Everything felt dull. What worked for me was the Jing and Hakuin audio. Focus on your adrenals maybe. You’re literally getting adrenal fatigue from being on edge for so long. You need to pace yourself with ups and downs, timed rest stops to pull your energy downwards.

People always think mental work is not the same as physical exercise, but you’ve got to be kidding me. The brain consumes as much as 20% of your energy expenditure. The body literally feels it when the brain is on overdrive. You need to learn to strategically chill and take breaks or short-fire naps.

Edit: Oh yeah, try the hypersleep and ADHD audio when you want to go on an intense streak. They work wonders.

Perhaps take a break from any fields which induce electrical stimulation in the brain for a little while.

Afterwards, Superhuman Genius might help. It is neuroprotective and can help with regenerating or rewiring the brain so long as the field is not overused. (only 1 or 2 listens each day)

It’s a bit difficult to answer this as it depends upon what is causing the issues and how you feel. You might try listening to them for a little while after you feel ‘normal’ again.

Also, Brain Regeneration is always a helpful addition at the end of any brain audio stack, and even after brain-related exertion and activities such as studying.

It can help the brain better develop new connections and counteract many negative effects from mental exertion, such as after the hours studying that you’ve mentioned.

If you have a Servitor you can also ask it to balance the energies, throughout all the energy systems or just get rid of excess energy in your brain and adrenals.

Listen to autism everyday or every few days. If I miss the autism audio, I’ll get the same symptoms after days or a week.

I keep repeating it over and over: Guys, if you abuse Superhuman genius use the autism audio.
Without autism, after a while doing superhuman genius you’ll lose focus and get overwhelmed. You’ll go crazy. Good news, you are smarter, a few hours of autism and you’re going to be brand new.

PS: BDNF will speed the problem even though it help repair, so take that into consideration. Brain regeneration won’t help you either.

Overgrowth is a thing and it’ll “stretch” your brain, even if everything is “healed” and “repaired” you’re still gonna have massive axons that overload your brain, causing the fog. The autism audio will trim/cut them

I started out with these 2 fields + Akuo’s superhuman intelligence sub https://youtu.be/TT90zqtKDwY
At this point I was just listening to these, 4 times each for the first 15 days or so. Did not have major results.

Then I added Luminal Play’s Limitless NZT-+ her Study Obsession sub. The very next day I could feel the results. At this point I was listening to the fields for my entire study time of 7-8 hrs.

Basically using SM fields the entire day on loop.
subs + subconscious limit removal throughout the night.

Thanks, that’s a revelation. But you know what, I’m neck deep in fields at this point lol. I already have 5 physical changes fields I can’t miss a day. Apart from that I have these two brain fields + 2 from point of no return stack + some other self dvp ones. At this points Idk where to fit the suggested ones here. What would you suggest, autism & brain reg are the most recommended ones. How should I incorporate these?

Here is my two cents on what I think you can do:

• Take a break from all fields and subs except MAYBE for Brain Regeneration (in moderation of course).

• Sleep early and wake up early for a few days in a row preferably without taking coffee or other stimulants.

• Take some anisosciadium seeds tea 2 hours before bedtime. It will help you sleep deeply; you obviously need some rest.

• Take a teaspoon of grinded fenugreek every morning. It helps tremendously with nervous exhaustion.

• Take some magnesium syrup (1 spoon every morning). Can be found in any pharmacy.

• Don’t ever again overuse any audios.

Is brain regeneration not safe if long periods of time are heard?

I don’t think anything should be used excessively. We don’t have to know for sure that something is harmful in order to stick to this rule of thumb. Moderation is never a bad idea. Better safe than sorry… right?

Have you considered some basic things like: ​ ​drinking adequate amounts of water and taking physical supplements that support such active brain exercise?

Listening to audios is great. ​ ​But that does not mean you can completely disregard that the brain is a physical organ that needs physical support. ​ ​It is easy to get dehydrated, especially when the brain is working hard; you may need to increase your water intake drastically to sustain it.

It doesn’t sound normal that you would be great at studying for an entire month, and then just “crash” completely, without making any significant changes in the lifestyle. ​ ​Can it also have been a limiting belief: ​ ​perhaps the feeling that this is super-natural, and impossible to sustain for a very long time?

P.S. ​ ​Two physical can supplement active brain exercise very well are “bacopa monnieri” and “omega-3.” ​ ​Most people are chronically deprived of the latter, vital fat. ​ ​Remember you may need to take very high doses of omega-3 to receive the benefits on the brain.

I asked Dream about it, he said it is not recommended to replace omega-3 from food with Brain Regeneration. ​ ​Usually, it is very difficult to get an adequate dose of omega-3 from most supplements sold in stores and pharmacy. ​ ​I recently bought a liquid fish oil with high omega-3 content that I will be taking 10-15 g of, equating to 3-4 g omega-3, as compared to a common supplement which recommends just 2 g fish oil equating to 0.6 g omega-3. ​ ​According to European science, up to 5 g omega-3 is safe for most people – and 2-3 grams may be necessary to supply the brain with enough.

(All doses mentioned above are daily.)
