i am preparing for competitive exams i need fields that can help me function calmly and optimally even while pressure situation , anxiety situation etc during exams(while giving them) … so that even while i am writing the exam my brain is working upto its potential and i am able to give my best in it , and avoid my exam being ruined due to bad stress,anxiety handling …
please help!!
best thing for me was taking breaks where i purposefully do not think about exams or anything school related at all. put on the stress fields and take your mind off of studying completely for an hour, more or less

i was talking about while giving exam… you know right how much fk ups occur while giving exam , leaving with lots of regrets
oh right, what i use is ‘temporary boosted memory and thinking’ a couple of times before exam
‘acetylcholine’ is a very good one too. use it a couple of times before.
you can try the ‘blarney stone field’, if you are doing literary subjects.
‘gamma brain waves’ is also a good one for focus
