U can copy and paste the English into say google translate (free) and turn it into your mother tongue.
U want to workout your brain and improve it using S.M.'s fields. Your part of doing that (besides listening to S.M.'s fields) is to learn and do new things. It is in the trying, reading and rereading, the struggle, that the brains cognitive functions increase. That is why no one is coming here and explaining Phillip’s post .

Additionally, you may try to sort out the brain discussions by date (bottom of the Advanced Search bar) to better understand the modifications brought over time.

And I think I grasped something and created brain stack for myself
Maybe I will use it tonight but I am a bit afraid and need your advices, don’t want to mess my brain you know
What do you think, is this good for these things I want to achieve in first my post?
