Yes, as @tagler2 said, overusing fields can do more harm than good. More is often not necessarily better with fields. ![]()
It is typically best to follow the suggested listening guidelines, particularly when one is interacting with such complex, multi-layered fields.
Beyond that, one can adjust and reduce one’s listening if you notice too much tiredness or detox.
There is some discussion about this in the Plasma Light thread:
Is it possible for this field to cause a deep healing crisis? A herx reaction if you will.
Yes… why I said go slow.
I didn’t want anyone freaking out over a strong detox.
Which will naturally happen in every healing…just a matter of how much and how severe and if one’s body can handle it.So you know it’s working… but you may need to do the basics for these types of detox…more water, sleep, food (or not) depending on how it reacts… and grounding off as much as you need to.
Feeling the same bro , I dont know how people can loop this for hours , I literally can only take 4 minutes lol . After that I feel so ramped up , and ungrounded plus I literally get a physical detox , I’ll list some things that I did today to counteract that :
Quite possibly. I’m hearing that limiting to 1-2 times only is a good reorientation here
So in cases like yours and @Alexander
I’d recommend
3-5 mins Plasma,
3-5 mins Grounding
3-5 mins Plasma,
3-5 mins Grounding
etc. Repeat/end according to one’s feelings.
I didn’t need to ground myself, that might be because of the energetic support servitor I always carry on me.
Was going to mention this at some point. Thanks!
Some of you already have a self-grounding field if you have ESS/Fae Servitors.
Remember to use them.2nd post…knew you’d be back
Stay. Get comfy!
And I wonder if the plasma protocol has any plans to come out as dog tag.
@_OM also discussed this earlier in this thread:
MasterOfYellow:
Plasma + Eternity Tag
lol:
fields will be added to Eternity tag
Honestly, I don’t know if there will ever be a “tag” version of the Plasma field…
it’s simply too intense to be wearing all/long periods of the day for nearly anyone.
