Guys, I forgot to put in this thread. But a few days ago I saw the PoNR butterfly fly onto my car as I was approaching it. It was a beautiful sight to behold. It flew in a few circles around my car as if it was putting on a show, and then right when I was about to grab my car door handle, it gracefully flew away showing me it’s back. All I can do is assume that my future is going to be magnificent. Even though I’m a brain field guy, this might be my favorite field. Ton’s of trauma, baggage, and more, can just be brushed off.

Just a quick question please … I have PONR and shielding 3 both. Will it make any difference if I play PONR audio after shielding vs if I play it before Shielding 3?
Can shielding 3 block some of the benefits form the point of no return audio if I play it after shielding 3?

Feel like this field is now trying to take away my deepest traumas and my toxic trauma responses, but it has to expose them in a cruel way first . It’s not the most fun experience. Especially with Father’s Day around the corner and that is the hardest battle to face. Good luck to everyone else fighting through their deepest scars.
The PoNR butterfly flew around me again today in circles, then about 3 minutes later when I was going to my car, I put on Plasma Brain of Youth, but I had a glitch that changed its title to Point of No Return lol.

On Wednesday I counted 11 bro. 2 of them even came very close to me, it was like they were forcing me to give them attention.
I saw 2 at college campus, then drove all the way back home and saw another 9 when I was working. I am like you though bro, before I never saw them, or rarely saw them at all. But now I see them so often… Every day.
I was listening to PoNR while jumproaping in the back yard during a boxing workout, and then 2 flew into my backyard and it looked like they were playing with each other.
I’ve also thought that it could be because of summer, but 11 in 1 day is crazy.

Hauru is definitely right on this in the earlier stages of working with the field. But, I’ve definitely noticed that the longer I work with it the more I benefit from extended looping.
For reference, I used it for 1-3 plays a day for three months before testing it beyond that. My daily use is still regularly at the 3x mark, but after the first three months I began experimenting with up to 7x with good results. But, that’s only after really getting to know the field and how it interacts with me (and after letting it work it’s magic at the recommended dose for a few months). I honestly think that if I’d given it 7 or even 5 loops when I first started it probably would have initiated an extremely difficult “detox” for me.
So, my advice is to start slow and (as in all things) listen to your intuition.
agree! When I used too much Eternal NFT audio before, I felt detoxification even when I was walking. Listen to my body and drink more water

I was catching up on some forum reading and ran across this. I’ve seen research on responses like this from mindfulness meditation; it puts some people in a bad place and they’re better off just exercising. I’ve even talked to some mindfulness experts who thought such people might benefit better from meditating while moving instead of sitting.
Perhaps these more intense spiritual fields need a lot of nutritional support. Also maybe energy pumping fields like mana circuits are a good idea, but it should be discussed more. It maybe detox, self-sabotage, or limiting beliefs, but it might also be some B vitamins are needed.
These matters tend to get discussed in the physical healing, muscle building, and brain enhancement threads, but not so much on threads about spiritual fields. I don’t have any hard won experience, because I haven’t hit a detox threshold on any field (more likely due to my cautious nature than any robust constitution or advanced spiritual development) but I think some of our more spiritually developed folks might have some useful tips garnered through trial and error, readings, or direct instruction. Please share those insights if you have them.
I get tired, exhausted after energy body/ aura deep cleanings but thats usually a good sign. Maybe play when before going to sleep? Almost any work being done to the mind soul body, like meds takes adjusting. I see it as a success that its working. Now if you are eating junk or doing something bad and get these effects then obviously stop but with the intention behind this field and I saw results where I was getting beat up, I’d see it as a warning that I need to play it a lot more, and often. Its like deep breathing, getting a headache after few reps and never deep breathing again
I am playing this for the third loop and somewhat feel like crying … I thought I will just loop it three times but I guess at this point I should continue it to go on. Also feel pressure in my chest
