oh that’s hilarious
but I don’t expect you saw it that way (sorry)
at least you know it’s effective!

It was pretty funny and also exciting because I seldom feel anything from the physical fields. The sensations lasted for about 2 hours and after that sleep came easily.

What does it mean exactly, having an elevated muscle metabolism for hours ?

Is it that this field basically works out my whole body for hours ?

But its not like im gonna get huge by doing this everyday.

I have been busy on meditating and finding jobs, and I haven’t tried this album until tonight.

Mitoquinone mesylate is very good. I used to have serious asthma and asthma medicine (steroid) has greatly damaged my lungs and throats.

Just 1 loop, i felt both of my lungs are breathing air more efficiently. Both lungs have cool feeling. This is an awesome track!

I can’t get enough of the music from Mitoquinone mesylate while I meditating I had it on loop and went into my mind reminiscing the good times back in late 90’s when me and the boys would spend all night at the arcade after school just vibin eating pizza talking about dreams good times. On another note this track is making feel mentally blissful and my body feels very healthy.

ChatGPT Mitoquinone mesylate : Mitoquinone mesylate (brand name: MitoQ) is a supplement that contains a modified form of Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), a naturally occurring antioxidant that is important for energy production in cells. MitoQ is a more advanced and effective version of CoQ10 because it is selectively targeted to mitochondria, which are the energy-producing organelles in cells. By targeting mitochondria, MitoQ can provide enhanced antioxidant protection to cells and tissues, which may help to reduce oxidative stress and support overall health and wellness.

MitoQ differs from CoQ10 in that it has been modified to include a positively charged ion that allows it to penetrate the mitochondrial membrane more easily. This enables it to accumulate specifically in the mitochondria, where it can scavenge free radicals and provide antioxidant protection to the cell’s energy production machinery.

Research has suggested that MitoQ may have several potential health benefits. For example, some studies have found that MitoQ may help to reduce oxidative stress and inflammation in people with conditions such as type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Other studies have suggested that MitoQ may have neuroprotective effects and could potentially be used to treat conditions such as Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease.

However, it’s worth noting that while some studies have shown promising results, much more research is needed to fully understand the potential benefits of MitoQ, particularly in humans. Additionally, like all supplements, MitoQ is not regulated by the FDA and may not be safe or effective for everyone. It’s always a good idea to talk to a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement or medication.

Mitoquinone mesylate (MitoQ) has been studied for its potential health benefits in various conditions. Here are some of the benefits that have been suggested by research:

  1. Antioxidant activity: MitoQ is a potent antioxidant that can protect cells from damage caused by free radicals. This may help to reduce oxidative stress and inflammation, which are linked to many chronic diseases.
  2. Improved cardiovascular health: Some studies have found that MitoQ may help to improve heart function and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. MitoQ has been shown to improve blood vessel function, reduce blood pressure, and improve lipid profiles.
  3. Neuroprotective effects: MitoQ has been studied for its potential neuroprotective effects, particularly in conditions such as Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease. MitoQ may help to reduce inflammation and oxidative stress in the brain, which can contribute to the development and progression of these conditions.
  4. Metabolic benefits: MitoQ has been studied for its potential metabolic benefits, particularly in conditions such as type 2 diabetes and metabolic syndrome. MitoQ may help to improve insulin sensitivity, reduce inflammation, and improve lipid profiles.
  5. Improved exercise performance: MitoQ may help to improve exercise performance by enhancing mitochondrial function and reducing oxidative stress. Some studies have found that MitoQ supplementation can improve endurance and reduce fatigue during exercise.
  6. Liver protection: MitoQ has been shown to have protective effects on the liver, particularly in conditions such as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). MitoQ may help to reduce inflammation and oxidative stress in the liver, which can contribute to the development and progression of NAFLD.
  7. Eye health: MitoQ has been studied for its potential benefits in eye health. Some research suggests that MitoQ may help to reduce oxidative stress and inflammation in the eye, which can contribute to age-related eye diseases such as macular degeneration.
  8. Immune system support: MitoQ may have immune system benefits by reducing inflammation and oxidative stress in the body. This may help to support overall immune function and reduce the risk of infections and chronic diseases.
  9. Reduced inflammation: MitoQ has been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects, which may be beneficial for a range of conditions. Chronic inflammation is linked to many diseases, including heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.
  10. Skin health: MitoQ has been studied for its potential benefits in improving skin health. Some research suggests that MitoQ may help to reduce oxidative stress in the skin, which can contribute to the development of skin aging and sun damage.
  11. Improved cognitive function: MitoQ has been studied for its potential benefits in improving cognitive function. Some research suggests that MitoQ may help to reduce inflammation and oxidative stress in the brain, which can contribute to cognitive decline and dementia.
  12. Reduced muscle damage: MitoQ may help to reduce muscle damage caused by exercise. One study found that MitoQ supplementation reduced markers of muscle damage and improved recovery time after intense exercise.
  13. Reduced risk of stroke: MitoQ has been studied for its potential benefits in reducing the risk of stroke. One study found that MitoQ supplementation reduced the size of strokes in rats.
  14. Protection against radiation: MitoQ has been shown to have radioprotective effects, which may be beneficial in situations where individuals are exposed to radiation.
  15. Reduced risk of cancer: MitoQ has been studied for its potential anti-cancer effects. Some research suggests that MitoQ may help to reduce oxidative stress and inflammation in the body, which can contribute to the development of cancer.
  16. Reduced risk of age-related diseases: MitoQ may help to reduce the risk of age-related diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes, and Alzheimer’s disease. By reducing oxidative stress and inflammation in the body, MitoQ may help to slow the aging process and improve overall health and longevity.

It’s important to note that while some studies have shown promising results, more research is needed to fully understand the potential benefits of MitoQ. As with all supplements, MitoQ is not regulated by the FDA and may not be safe or effective for everyone. It’s always a good idea to talk to a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement or medication.

This may be a very underrated album. A few loops of the savior and MitoQ and my brain fog has disappeared, my mood has improved and I can move better. I’ve been having trouble with inflammation lately, and this helped a ton. Also had one of the best workouts in a months. I’ve been having trouble with gripping my kettlebell for swings, and MitoQ improved my grip strength right away. I had no trouble doing one hand swings for double the reps per set with the bell I didn’t feel comfortable holding onto for more than 7-8 reps at most. Feeling energized, powerful, clear-headed, not spaced-out in between moments or tasks. Going to stick with this one for a while and see what comes of it.

The MitoQ has given me very clear thinking, like I just drank a couple cups of coffee, but with absolutely no anxiety or jittery-ness to combat. I felt calmer instead. Very cool.

Listening to MitoQ again. I don’t have blood flow or blood pressure problems, but I thought I noticed a difference. Looked up more MitoQ studies and I guess it has a profound impact on arterial health, which leads to improve heart health and many other benefits. It’s only been 2 days of listening 5 times total over those two days.
