Someone asked me the question in private message, that’s how I interpret both of them, it’s theorical but what is sure is that both of them don’t do the same thing, the goal is not the same. If it’s too long you can directly go to the sum up in the end. :joy:

Someone else might not react the same way if you are already “healthy” to begin with. It’s also better to focus on more oriented field, than one targeting a lot of things if you just want to be more productive maybe Proactive Brain might be better for you."

I would like to nuance a little that either you have ADHD or Autism, Productivity Powerhouse’s goals remain the same to everyone, you will experience everything that is written and make your brain in a better shape than it was, this field make your brain very healthy.

This field is like giving someone a medicine that can treats a lot of things at once but if you have just one issue maybe it’s more suitable to take the other medication that only does one thing but does it better than the other one.

Maybe to have a better recipe you need to mix a lot of things, Productivity Powerhouse targets more things, the mix of everything can create something completely new.

To sum up depending on your budget, Proactive Brain should be more than enough solely on the purpose of being proactive and it’s cheaper BUT Productivity Powerhouse is more complete in my opinion, also no field is the same, different techniques can be used and audios for the same topic can target different things for different results.

This one makes you actually do things way more efficiently while helping you being motivated, happier, more balanced and smarter.

I have ADHD, too.

Funnily enough, I bought Productivity Powerhouse before you sent this message. It feels a lot like ADHD medication.

I’ve only been testing it out very slightly. 1-2x per day. It’s deceptively powerful for a 1 minute audio.

I noticed increased motivation and drive and brain power. However, I definitely had the issue of not necessarily focusing on my work, but that energy being directed in a more scattered way. I might add proactive brain to the stack to apply that laser focus.

How many times do you listen to it per day? I’m somewhat worried about overplaying it and frying my energetic body, because it’s a strong field.

The length is a trap, it might encourage people to spam it but in fact few listening are already enough, ultimately this field doesn’t need to be spammed to work wonderfully. Though, spamming it is perfectly fine.

We are a lot like you saying the same thing about it’s effects, especially about the dopamine reuptake part, comparing it to ADHD medication and antidepressant without any drawback. It’s the first thing that came to my mind the first time I listened to Productivity Powerhouse, the effects are so obvious that everyone who already had to take those kind of medication instantly makes the comparaison instinctively. :joy:

It might be good to add proactive brain to complement this one, maybe you already bought it since your last message.

It varies a lot of long I listen to this one, when intense works need to be done or studying I honestly spam it a lot but 6 times is already perfect for me, my brain stack has so much things time is missing to equally spam everything with daily life responsibilities too…

I think it comes down to what you need or want to support in your life right now. Is it better for you to capitalize on ambition and charge forward, or is it better for you to be unaffected by the things in your life you can’t immediately control? Visualize both idealized versions, and pick which one resonates.

Also, don’t fall for the trap that “YouTube fields” are weak or “I’m already using those”. Those same YouTube fields are in NFTs, more expensive gumroad releases, etc. They’re modified.

I can hand you a stick of wood, and you can beat something over the head with it. I can take that same stick of wood and fasten a lump of metal on the end. You’re still beating things over the head with it, but the lump of metal makes a significant difference.

Not a 1 to 1 analogy, but that, afaia, is what Dream does when he includes the YouTube fields - they get specialized and changed to benefit their new or more complex purpose.

I was asked about my experience with this field so I might as well write it publicly.

Ironically I tend to procrastinate a lot on using it, but whenever I do, it does everything it’s expected to. I accidentally pulled an all-nighter last week while looping it, which never happened before. I was working on an academic project which required quite a bit of creativity and intellectual effort but I didn’t feel mentally tired until the next day and actually enjoyed it. Even though it was supposed to be annoying because I had to type impossible things in LaTeX.

Make sure to watch the clock and get enough sleep if you use it :slightly_smiling_face:

Ever since I started using this I have become very spiteful of my younger self for not working hard. Using this I have turned every 30 minutes into a timeblock to see how much I can complete. It also inspires me to expedite my habits rapidly (e.g. learning how to apply my facial routine faster or making my bed quicker).
