not being able to listen to a whole field for once but listening to it halfway is serious I have to start over or can I continue if it just happened once?

okay, this is something new to me, and if I recall somewhere Sammy said once us to not crop/cut/edit a original field via audacity cause then we won’t get full effects??
Pretty sure he said it once here, and now you said that even one minute contain whole field if I properly understood??
