That’s what I’d do, at least for starters.
For me, usually those releases don’t happen immediately, but I might wake up in the middle of the night facing it. I’d say if that happens you might feel the need to balance out sooner rather than later. And yes, I’m pretty sure you’ve already got enough to be resilient with, no need to push yourself too much.
I mean, if trauma was buried and you need to surface it to flush it, you were probably already trying to be ‘resilient’ about the situation. But I’m still figuring out myself.
