Yes and no. It’s complicated. It’s more about things like doing a life review. Castaneda and Mickoski talk about this. Take time and maybe a notepad and remember every single memory that you can from your entire life in order. That supposedly makes you less gullible when you leave your body in death. These entities are supposed to come and convince you they are angels guides higher self etc and make you feel guilty and that you need to go reincarnate.
But the life review means you’ve already let go of any guilt by reviewing everything.

Lol. I’m not an ascriber to Plasma Apocalypse theory but I have watched him. He’s got a good personality and does movie reviews which were kind of fun. But then the Plasma came out of the closet.
He thinks it’s going to rain dinosaurs on us someday. While we get sucked up into the sky. So like rapture plus dinosaur precipitation.
