Well… last time I told someone about it, they seemed to have a mental breakdown… They were even into spirituality. But I guess the real thing is more than most people can take. I didn’t even go into detail about it, I just mentioned some of the time commitments lol.

The rites are basically like yogasana or qigong. They just move energy around.

That’s how meditation usually goes for me…too much stillness, ying, or whatever it may be 
but sadly I don’t “wake up” as I used to…those were the best meditations I had btw but too strong (I went straight to self-inquiry).
I also get empathic bs if I “silence” the mind…that’s why you guys get it so much. If you don’t think your own thoughts…they must belong to someone else.
