It means though you are not properly shielded you energy body is whack or you done something to someome and has bad intention to you and of course meams a lot more ok?

I haven’t had too much experience with backlash per se…
I like 3.0 in that it’s more neutral than Dragon Armor.
The Cloak of the Shadow, on the other hand, has had an opposite effect. Causing more people to try and track me down or engage me in some way.
I think some people pick up on the morphic information and respond in their own way
