I really really really dislike the side effects, especially the fact that I need much more sleep the day after (which is why I quit on the first place). I mean, from 1 puff. This makes it not the replacement for tobacco or alcohol that I was hoping for.
Aside from the fact that it might mess with dopamine etc., I’m not sure if it might somehow provoque some inflammation, and/or deplete my chi/shen or something?

I’ve never felt it disrupting or altering my energy flows.

As for the inflammation - I briefly went through the studies available online, and they talk about the anti-inflammatory properties of cannabis, not vice versa.
This is what my personal experience confirms as well.

Definitely not a replacement for tobacco and alcohol. An antidote, in a way. Nicotine suppresses the appetite, cannabis makes you chronically hungry.
Alcohol lowers inhibitions, cannabis enhances awareness. You’d probably be too sleepy to be going out making bad decisions too.

Does anyone have an idea on how I could combat the side effects?

THC makes you hungry, CBD makes you sleepy.
Choose your fighter.
You can only avoid one side effect at a time.

People getting stalked once they leak information on the internet…

But aside from those things (which i don’t specifically worry about), I never like putting my own information into data systems… never liked pictures being taken… it’s always been a thing for me to not like being cataloged anywhere.

Even the fact that my posts are persistent is a bit bothersome to me… I miss the good old days of Telnets where conversations disappear once they’re concluded
