I’ve never felt it disrupting or altering my energy flows.
As for the inflammation - I briefly went through the studies available online, and they talk about the anti-inflammatory properties of cannabis, not vice versa.

Definitely not a replacement for tobacco and alcohol. An antidote, in a way. Nicotine suppresses the appetite, cannabis makes you chronically hungry.
Alcohol lowers inhibitions, cannabis enhances awareness. You’d probably be too sleepy to be going out making bad decisions too.
THC makes you hungry, CBD makes you sleepy.
