For almost 10 years I did all of these, except meds (which I took like 10 years ago, with little success, meanwhile/in the meantime I tried meds once more, recently, but I was too sleepy throughout the day and I felt sick, so I donât like meds) - I took a small break some months ago, didnât exercise, didnât eat healthy - now, Iâm back on track.
Last night it was OK.
Itâs on off, some nights I sleep good, others less so.
Edit: to clarify something, my insomnia started like 15 years ago or even more, but it got truly bad like 10 years ago or since a decade ago.

Yes. Need to check for vedic chart. All my prediction based on vedic only. So if you use western. It doesnât align. Doesnât even make sense at all.
Because you could be virgo in Western zodiac and aries in vedic.

Yes. This is the problem. Because calculating the timing is so important. So it gives you the exact degree. Where your ascendant lays. So looking at your birth certificate is quite important.
But looking from the moon alone is also enough. Because it represents your mind. Having moon here very oriented toward family. Loyal kind of nature.
This can manifest later on. Or you will deal with it somewhat. If this is truly your exact time of birth. Especially when you running sun dasha. And it seems very unfavorable when it comes to health. Which is unfortunately. But you can be careful of course
