How do you fix something you donât see yourself?
how do you overcome your ignorance?
I am asking because after so much time talking about cognitive biases only thing I came to understood its that itâs a waste of time, itâs called biased because you are already biased, not doing it by yourself.
You just are biased.
if I could see really my mistakes for what they are I could fix them but apparently what I can percieve if it was the problem all along it would be prevented by my own brain alone.
and then came into a study that our brain decided what to do 15 seconds before itâs done?

Iâm not sure but I believe conceptual realization is the closest to realizing mistakes⌠listening to it for so many days has opened my eyes to how many mistakes I have committed and taking ownership for the mistakes I have caused. In a way, it showcased me my lessons from the accumulations of mistakes that have happened in the past.
