I didn’t use it for what it’s supposed to do. More like listening only once to all of them, or one of them…when I used short playlists, so the effects were noticeable.
I must say one of them (dunno which) would be great for people with all kinds of sickness. It made me be like on ashwaganda xD
But I haven’t used it again…cause I know I would get addicted or smth if it worked too well (probably my symptoms would overpower it anyway).
So…when I’m too sick I give a listen to all of them. Done it twice since I found fields.
You probably don’t need it and if someone with health issues is reading this…yeah, beware of overusing it.
