YK11 instead of myostatin I used
it worked differently but it worked
afterwards I had no fatigue too, no side effects such as acne or anything related.I donāt really know how much of an improvement I made as I didnāt had any electronic scale

I didnāt use it for what itās supposed to do. More like listening only once to all of them, or one of themā¦when I used short playlists, so the effects were noticeable.
I must say one of them (dunno which) would be great for people with all kinds of sickness. It made me be like on ashwaganda xD
But I havenāt used it againā¦cause I know I would get addicted or smth if it worked too well (probably my symptoms would overpower it anyway).
Soā¦when Iām too sick I give a listen to all of them. Done it twice since I found fields.
You probably donāt need it and if someone with health issues is reading thisā¦yeah, beware of overusing it.
