Not even one of them for a while.
Now I only use the basics which are deep aura clear on loop for hours, then repel negative energy and the two astro fields.
Some stuff I need for health and healing, and if I have time, the quantum love album.
Then I listen to exotic stuff while sleeping xD
Iāve been making a playlist in my mind, but it doesnāt include those.
It includes the themes (doing mantras, clearing cords, SLR) but with other fields.
Like using Golden Keys Album instead of SLR (and a bunch of fields it can substitute).

Thatās another thing about fields. Even after years, you make progress with the same fields and free ones. So nfts would just take a ridiculous amount of time and work to see the fruits of. Unless youāre already silver surfer xD

Iāve blocked the empathy to psychopath level 
I donāt suffer as much as empathic or sensitive people.
How out of touch I am with myself, is another question. But consciously, Iāve repressed any sensibility.
As for energy level, poor health and the resulting bad environment is enough. I could do better psychologically, but thatās another losing battle too.
My man puts courage at 200 xD so Iād be even lower. It seems 100 and below according to a quick google search.
Honestly, the only thing needed for empathy is literally just slow down your own thoughts. Or at least thatās how it works for me so I donāt think of it as special.
