If the main theme of your crisis is a sense of identity and fleeting youth, then maybe yes.
Otherwise, probably a quarter-life crisis.
Well, one would have it centered around sense of identity in quarter-life crisis as well… I guess it depends on the amount of new perspectives you can gain from your life. When new possibilities are less likely to happen and everything is going downhill, then it’s a midlife one, akin to the autumn season…
