You can’t be there for others when you are not there for yourself.
As long as you took time to explain your decision, taking her feelings into consideration. She will eventually get over it and heal.

Uhh so now when I swipe down to refresh the uber eats app, it vibrates, and I keep forgetting it does that, and I always think that’s someone’s calling me cause my phone starts vibrating 0.5 seconds before I get the call notification and that stuff gives me a mini heart attack each time
