Far from it xD I don’t even watch terror movies and stuff.
It’s just…those are the videos people have found where the glitch guy is credited. I haven’t watched or listened to the songs. I did read the description and yeah…not my thing by far.
I like 90s anime…all shows you bring in one way or another I watched xD

I listened to this when you sent then looped MM. I experienced series of lucid dreams 
, at one point I decided to sing ( I forgot the song ) and went along with my dream storyline. I remember bits and pieces. But for the first time I chanted Om namho bhagwate vasudevaye namah in my dream because something was happening which made me scared or something. Details are blurry but feeling remains.

Well, Maha Vishnu is presumably a conceptualization of existence itself (and beyond) … the Sahasranamam recites around 1000 names of Vishnu, each of which is supposed to represent the body of a different galaxy, so, you might have been mentally taken on an intergalactic trip.

For the Sotras/Ashtakams, usually 5-10 times a day are more than enough … but even once in meditation is better than just passively listening.
As for the Vishnu Sahasranamam … what I mean is, you probably got exposed to energies from various places - potentially. No way for me to tell either way, just conjecture based on what you stated.
What this means, that over time, your mind will feel more of the world and the scale of creation.
The benefits are: you start to look at things from a broader perspective …
But always remember, the ultimate goal is to apply the expanded consciousness in any constructive and helpful way you can think of.
