Steady progress is just great … what verifiable point of reference is there for frying your brain and NS being good for you?
Well, don’t knock it if it’s working
OMG I’m just hearing A Touch of Vodoo for the first time @SoulStar33 did you hear this?
No. Thank You for telling me.
Which one is it?
Can you send me a link (if it’s public)?
I’m listening to brain Regeneration atm, I’ll listen to it after.
I didn’t know about it (or forgot).
I’m not really into Gypsy music.
Why did you like then? :))
Because you shared it with me, thanks to your intention.
It’s an interesting vibe, but I can’t understand the concept.
Is it to get a taste of voodoo, is it a healing audio (somewhat like bushman medicine)?
I don’t know.
For me, Energetic Alchemy is still full of undiscovered treasures, so many fields left to explore.
BTW, I have listened in the past to Manele, like 2 decades ago, but in the meantime, I just don’t like Gypsy music anymore.
Interesting that I like Indian stuff (the rromany people apparently are originally from India and Pakistan, and of course from other areas too), anyway, the gypsies/rroma have a rich musical tradition.
Edit: these terms are confusing to many people.
The Ancient Romans (also the modern Romans, citizens of Rome, the city) and the Romanians and the Rroma/Romany/Gypsy are all distinct/different People.
In Romania i live near a dude that’s holding parties every couple of days, firing Manele at the maximum volume.
Someday I will ask for a “Silence” Field😅
Lol, I feel your pain.
Next time j will reply with Raindrops, if he hold those party past midnight.
But no, to each it’s own, I’m not bothered that much by the songs, it’s the volume that it’s annoying
More than Manele, the gipsy way of playing the violin and like the other instrumens used by lautari, produce quite some interesting melodies.
I can enjoy that
Yeah, that’s uncomparable to Manele, that’s much better.
Just searched for him.
Yeah, at first I couldn’t understand the connection.
Now I see it, after your last comment.
But balkan music is diverse, so many styles, etc.
And România, despite being called a balkan nation, it is not actually balkan.
But, of course, due to countless reasons we share some traditions, religion and music, etc with our balkan brothers.
Again, purely geographical borders, the Danube mostly does the separation:
But culturally we are linked to them, so call us a balkan country if you want.
Wallachia was the exonym for the Romanian Principalities of the Middle Ages.
