I know this gonna sound rude or ungrateful but don’t make a stack for me. I have plenty of health issues…plus no time to listen to them and all. When I do have time, I listen to health ones.
If I listened every day, I’d also have to listen to the health ones firts. The best state my body is in when I’m listening to others, the better they would work.
I hope mindset ones could be different (like subliminals) so I could make more progress in other areas.
For example today I listened to health stuff (just two fields). And now have aura cleaner. And I guess now Imma use mitochondria stuff and either the digestion ones or smth else. Brain regen or autoimmune.
But I will appreciate your wisdom. You can still make it an original post too. Nonetheless I will watch and learn.

Me chant…in my mind though. But different mantras so it isn’t like a zillion repetitions of one.
I start with Shiva, then Ganapati, then Ma, then Krishna.
Basically I only did Krishna until Shiva appeared in a vision…most beautiful Shiva I’ve ever seen. So I was like…yeah my boy is onto something. So went back to doing Shiva mantras. Or maybe it is cause I had a cord to the egregore or smth and I just felt the detachment and my boi the egregore was like…my g you can’t take away my food.
