Olive Oil is okay, actually seed oils are fine, but they are consumed in excess, yet countries with high consumption of for example sunflower oil doesn’t seem to fare greatly worse than olive oil consuming if all things for a person are equal.
Olive oils in non-producing countries are often counterfeited though.

I listened to this when you sent then looped MM. I experienced series of lucid dreams 
, at one point I decided to sing ( I forgot the song ) and went along with my dream storyline. I remember bits and pieces. But for the first time I chanted Om namho bhagwate vasudevaye namah in my dream because something was happening which made me scared or something. Details are blurry but feeling remains.
