The âgram of trenâ physiques are just ugly. Test base, some dianabol, maybe some primobolan, and youâre golden for compounds.

Also, Dorian Yates being granted the win in 1992 Mr O also led every one to think thatâs the way to go, Ronnie Coleman cemented it undoubtedly, he was going against aesthetic guys like Shawn Ray that ended up chasing size and looked less clean in their second half of their careers both conditioning wise and aesthetic wise
And diuretics are the main cause of all the deaths I think

Sometimes I realize that I know things that I donât know how I learned them or when, I just know them, maybe Iâve forgotten when I learned those things, I think that many things are already installed in our memory but we donât remember them all.
