It happens quite rare for me that a smell just randomly appear, especially after being mentioned.
Yep, just a random thought.
Probably chakra work, like focusing on the main ones, meditating on them, breathing and infusing them with prana/energy etc.
Anyway,i do it quite rarely nowadays, any spiritual thing I mean.
I just focus on fields, yet I’ll probably start meditating and other stuff sometimes in the future.
I know this feeling. When I think about a place, some person , I feel the smell
Also there were moments I talked to exact one person online and each time my room would get filled with this exact one smell
this also happens
When the world needed him the most he diffused with air…
Hopefully I don’t smell like sh*t lol, since I often find myself thinking about stuff on the toilet lol…

Okay so
Phase 1: Meditation -
Meditation before the whole thing allows one to arrive
By arrive I mean, arrive in ones body, in the moment and be present
It also heightens awareness which can be helpful in feeling out the Prana during Pranayama which can boost the drawing in effects
It will also release tensions
All this will carry over well in the upcoming phase, as having a stilled and more present mind along with less tensions will allow for energy to flow better and propogate further
(They say it’s best to release tensions and relax the face during Yoga for these reasons)
Phase 2: Pranayama -
Pranayama will super charge the bodys energy system and doing it before Yoga allows for a powerful flushing and flow of energy for the upcoming Yoga phase
All the movement (physical and energetic) will be backed by Prana
Like an empowering tune up and cleanse of the body
So when each Asana (Yoga pose) is awakening different parts of your energetic body, it’s doing so in a boosted way
Phase 3: Yoga -
Yoga will further release tensions and improve energy flow as well as mind-body presence
Release tensions and fortify the body
Improve vitality
Releases blockages in each Chakra as well as opens and harmonizes them
All this will supercharge your upcoming Pranayama phase
Phase 4: Pranayama -
In this freed, opened, optimized, cultivated and heightened state of being you will find Pranayama to be more effective and powerful than in phase 2
This phase will be the most deeply nourishing of all the phases mental clutter should be at the lowest so far as well
This will also be the final step in boosting your mind body and spirit for the last phase of meditation…
Phase 5: Meditation -
Meditation directly after the last Pranayama session will be at the highest state of being
If you allow yourself to just be, while all the energy is flowing and propogating in you, you will allow it to more deeply nourish you
Due to your state of being, your mind will be able to reach a still state faster than in your first meditation in phase 1
It’s an ideal meditation with only Yoga and Pranayama in your arsenal
You’ll reach deeper states
Me personally I’ve only tried it with out phase 1
But next time I do it I will include phase 1
Definitely a great thing to do every once in a while
Or everyday if you have the time
If you wanna make it a bigger thing, just include more Pranayama time and/or meditation time and/or do a longer more fulfilling Yoga session
