Cuz I was doing weighted calisthenic stuff at home trying to get fit for that pic, it was for a face reveal (edit: this is incorrect, I explained later in this post)
Had I had weights⌠I wouldâve continued the momentum I had before
I think my shoulders got smaller during lockdown
And my chest wouldâve been more complete too
2 months no gym I think
My trapezoids were the most underworked of them all
Weights wouldâve brought harmony and balance
I see what I was missing, so I mention
