communicating with spirits is sometimes terrifying, when my eyes blurry , i saw a being with two feets standing inside my sandals, . i told it 'hey, i see you,.*…it waved right back, then started walking towards me, with arm raised still up…freaked the hell out of me, like a regular sized humanoid up to the size of my knees with his arm raised out walking towards you in your bed…nope

What happened after? lol
it was a thick energetic form of tiny humanoid… looking down on my sandals and trying them on, he looking so innocent, then he got so excited i was able to see him, cheered as he waved and walked right over to me to greet me.
Ran out the back door, he was gone after…its actually really subtle the energy though, so i didn’t check by blurring my vision…

No problem, one cool thing to mention is a responsive state rather than reactive. My good friend talked about this and I think a breathing technique or just taking large proper breaths can perhaps put you into that responsive calmer state of mind. One tip is set an alarm on your phone (or a few alarms) to remind you of the technique.
